Never been here before but was very impressed. Coffee was very nice and the coffee and walnut cake was delicious. I will certainly call in again when I’m in the area.

The ladies who worked at The Cafe were so kind to me when I was struggling with my newborn baby, showing me to a quiet space to settle him and checking in on me. Thanks for making a stressful experience much more manageable. Excellent cheese...scone too xMore
I love this place! The staff are so friendly and the food is comforting and delicious. I come here at least once a week and always leave with a smile on my face! I highly recommend it!
£7.25 special : chicken korma, rice and crusty bread. Sounded perfect. Here's a hint for the chef: if you are going to serve microwave rice, the kind you can buy for less than 50p a portion in the discount supermarket, then you could at least...break it up so the shape of the container is no longer visible. And if you are serving curry which is not homemade, add a sprig of coriander and a dollop of mango chutney and/or lime pickle on the side. I asked if it came from a can, which is how it tasted, but was told that it was "bought in". The atmosphere is nice, the staff are friendly, but the food needs a tad more imagination.More
Have visited twice in a week! Didn’t realise it was there before. Great food and covid friendly. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will be returning soon.
Amazing & lovely & super tasty breakfast and coffee , good price and very friendly customer service, thank you very much definitely we will come back here.
Had an unplanned visit this morning, after a long walk. Had a good chat with the proprietor as she bagged up some takeaway cakes, fudge and an Americano. Good to see that the tables are all sorted out for a 1m distanced eat in experience,...from 10-1500 on Saturday (4th). Well worth a visit. Thank you. ChrisMore
I've been a regular here for around 2 years and the service and food has always been spot on. Normally have something off the breakfast menu and its always cooked the way I like it. Well worth a visit especially in these strange times. Important...to help local businessMore
Just stopped in for coffee and cake, after a walk. Lovely staff, pleasant quiet environment, great coffee and cake. The stairs will mean it's difficult for those with accessibility requirements, but this also limits the number of small children, which may be a blessing for...some.More
Really lovely friendly staff, nice place to go for coffee or breakfast/brunch. Cafe has a cosy vibe. Supply trivia questions on the tables which is a fun touch. Will be back ☺️
Thank you for the lovely review. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
great breakfast which is always tasty and love the location its like a hidden gem! you made us regulars
😀
The only one visible is for the Indian on the ground floor, but if you take the risk of venturing up the stairs you get a warm welcome and excellent value food. On my previous visit in the summer I had homemade quiche and salad....This time I chose chicken korma from the Specials board, which came with fresh crusty bread. The caramel cake looked very inviting but unfortunately I didn't have room for it.More
Lovely, friendly, cafe. Clean, excellent food, good prices. Recommend the soups and cakes. Known by many locally as the "Upstairs Cafe", it is easy to miss at the end of the High Street but well worth seeking out.
Decent coffee in a nice relaxed setting. Needed a coffee and somewhere to relax before a meeting, and this place was ideal - upstairs with a view of the main street.
Just went out for a drive. Stopped in Corsham. Read that there is a nice cafe in the village. Up some stairs to the cafe. They have a menu of various dishes. I just wanted a pot of tea and a slice of cake. I...chose toffee date and pecan, which was lovely. Staff friendly.More
