A brief trip into Bradford on Avon meant park the car near the river and look for somewhere to have a coffee. As this place is next to the bridge (the name is a clue!) in we went. They had just had a largish party in and were in the process of clearing all the downstairs table so upstairs we... More

Stopped off mid morning for a spot of tea and breakfast. The scrambled eggs on toast were fantastic as was the toasted tea cake. Proper tea with the need for strainers and great cups and saucers to. Worth a visit if you want to indulge yourself a little.

We stopped in for lunch. Despite the small size of this historic building, they were quite happy to accommodate our party of 6 adults and two children (one of whom was asleep in the pushchair). Food was excellent and a nice selection of teas and other drinks. Just mind your head going through the door!

The Bridge Tea Room is a must if you are visiting Bradford-on-Avon. They have an extensive menu and the food is great. The service is excellent and the place is so charming. The location is easy to find and the parking is just in front of the place.

Wow what can I say..... The two girls on duty were delightful. So friendly and professional . We were served tea in a bone china cup n saucer. Sat in front of a proper roaring fire. Our sandwiches were of various fillings and so fresh. We also had homemade Victoria sponge cake and fruit flan. And to finish off we... More

this is just lovely..wide selection of teas with proper leaf tea served in china. Very friendly welcome from staff in Victorian style white aprons and mob caps which added to the charm. Spotless white tablecloths (changed after each set of guests). Superb welsh rarebit, made the proper way, and served with side salad, coleslaw and chutney. Constantly busy yet service... More

Mike and I spent a few hours in Bradford-On-Avon today and decided to have lunch here. I have'nt been in here for a number of years and it made a nice change to have lunch out. Mike is a top class chef and I have a Tea Party business in Chippenham so we both appreciated the fine china and white... More

By far the best breakfast in Bradford on Avon. Very tasty and top quality. In my opinion good value for quality food and the Chicken and Bacon Ceaser salad is poss. the best I have ever had. Very freindly staff this morning 05/11/14 who were both pleasant and helpfull.
