As above. Very slow service . Confusion on what was available on the menu. Not enough staff. although pleasant. We were informed that the Chef had changed the menu. Claims that a quiche took over an hour to cook

The worst vegetarian lasagne I have ever tasted, so bad it was inedible and made me wretch, goodness knows how they got it so wrong. When I complained I was told that everyone else liked it! Shockingly awful restaurant.

Visited this place with my girlfriend for a nice meal and it was far from that. The staff were rude as they barely said anything so I seemed as if they wanted there money and then head home. Also the food was not good for the price, it was greasy and I could have done something better at home. I... More

This is our 3rd meal at the Beef & Barge, and the 3rd success! As previously, we were greeted in a friendly way. The service was good and so, once again was the food. I had Hunter's Chicken, which came with herbed new potatoes and a delicious salad, followed by cheesecake & cream and coffee. The only little thing I... More

I visited the Beef and Barge with my husband and two young sons last Saturday on our way to Keevil Airfield. I wasn't taken with the interior of the place and didn't have high hopes for my food. I could not have been more surprised. I had the vegetarian pie (I think it was sweet potato and spinach) with mash... More

This is a pub in a prime location with a lot to offer in theory It has a large deck upstairs overlooking the Bradford-On-Avon Marina and a lot of the downstairs places to eat also overlook the water The choice of beers is ok, although they have San Miguel as their premium lager which I am not a big fan...
