Went with a reasonably large party and whilst the the food was great the service was slow and disjointed leaving people waiting to start food, also took ages to get drinks. I would go again with the hope they look at managing the floor service at little better.

We went to Hillers yesterday to celebrate Mothers' Day, and really wish we hadn't. The place was heaving and we felt that the staff just couldn't cope with the number of people they had booked in. We were eventually shown to our table, then had to wait ten or more minutes for someone to notice us. They took our drinks... More

Ideal stopping off point for a well presented, clean and friendly afternoon tea break. The food is fresh and well presented at a reasonable price. Pleasant surroundings an an excellent Garden Centre Farm Shop and Gift shop too.

We have eaten here a lot over many years and the food is good value and tasty. Views across to Broadway either from the terrace or inside by the window is very pleasant. The staff are always friendly, polite and efficient. The normal menu doesn't change and I don't mind that as it works and this is supplemented by the... More

This is my second visit and the food is of a very high standard, freshly made, tasty and very generous helpings. This little cafe is always full which is a clear indication of how good it is. The staff are lovely and it almost feels like visiting family in a friendly farmhouse.

Although to a certain extend it lacks atmosphere, (except maybe when they are completely full!), we are regulars at Hillers Garden Cafe; because they are so consistent with the quality of their food and the relaxed and pleasant service offered by all their staff. Yesterday, visiting with my wife and daughter for a light lunch was no exception! The Sandwiches... More

Living locally, as a treat, we sometimes pop into the cafe for lunch if pushed for time. The service and welcome was very good, Although the establishment was packed at mid afternoon we were asked if we wished to order immediatly after sitting at our table, in fact we had not yet read the menu. We had baked ham with... More

Use the farm shop frequently so we didn't expect anything other than good food at premium prices. We were not surprised! Food good but £12.95 for fish and chips top end of local prices. Good service but disappointed by sterile atmosphere on Saturday night. First impressions were of a Saga Cruise - if you're under 45 you'll be in a... More

We stopped here to go around the garden centre and look in the bird hide and ended up staying for a pot of tea and a slice of scrummy cake. Although busy, we were served very quickly and had a lovely afternoon tea at Hillers Garden Cafe. The prices are on the whole ok although some meal options are a... More
