Delicious cooked food in their own kitchens on the premises even down to the little biscuits with morning coffee and bread rolls. No reheated or pre cooked food here its an absolute delight and very reasonably priced. Never had a duff meal yet in the past year. I notice some people complain about the wait but if they want food... More

Hello viewers , First I'll start with the positives , it is a lovely clean place with a large carpark , we were welcomed by a lovely man who took us into the restaurant , we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the place because from the outside it doesn't look very big. The tables were nicely spaced out... More

Best meals for a long time the full service and food were excellent will all be back soon. The dessert sharer was very nice but we couldn't even finish it between the four of us. Everything was fresh and well served.

We came to Number 50 for the first time the other night and had a really nice meal. The service was charming and attentive (though it's true to say, a little slow), and the restaurant had a very intimate and warm atmosphere. The choice on both menus (fixed price and a la carte) was wide and varied and in general... More

Went for an evening meal here the other Sat (or "Date Night" as the Mrs calls it) We arrived about 7:35 for a 7:45 booking, but it was almost *9:15* by the time we actually got any food :( by which point I was starving and she'd decided she wasn't even hungry any more. When it did arrive, the food... More

We ate here as a couple, enjoying a well deserved break from our little girl. We were made to feel very welcome and received excellent service throughout the evening. The food was delicious as was the wine. We felt it was very reasonably priced and we'll definitely return when we next have an evening off!

This restaurant is outstanding. Upon arrival the staff were charming, helpful and make you feel very comfortable. The decor is light and sophisticated with simple elegance. The food is wonderful, I have a beautiful fishcake trio - delicious and for main a succulent salmon steak cooked to perfection, I am a fussy salmon eater and I like a crisp but... More

Ate here as part of a group of friends (9 people) on a Saturday night. Received a warm welcome on arrival and able to have a drink in the lounge area before going through to the main dining room to eat. Menu had a fixed menu, which a good range of options, or an a la carte. Good value -... More

Had been visiting this venue over several years firstly when it was Rossini's then Essence. It changed it's name and management about 3 months ago. The owner is very welcoming and helpful and his staff are very friendly. The food is superb. There are 2 menus to choose from....one is a set price menu - 2 courses for £15, 3... More

We booked a table for 14 for my Dad's 70th birthday based on reviews from trip advisor and everyone agreed it was a brilliant find! The restaurant was exactly what we were looking for , something a bit special that would not mind well behaved children and would not break the bank. The food was excellent, very well presented and very well...
