Expensive but Gorgeous!

I went there with my friend for a FREE coffee on behalf of O2 and loved every taste. It may be expensive for a coffee or more pricier than other coffee shops, but it is worth every sip! Thank you for my pleasant visit, I hope to visit you soon!

My husband and I drink in here all the time, we like to sit down stairs and watch the world go by. The service here is excellent, all the girls are friendly and actually know our order now as we walk in. seating is very comfy and the atmosphere is friendly and homely. Me and my pregnant girlfriend went for a coffee straight after a bit of Christmas shopping and wanted to enjoy a nice couple of caffe lattes and almond croissants before we ventured home I have always found the establishments of caffe nero somewhat superior to their other counterparts Costa and Starbucks but not this time apart from being ignored by... Expensive and luke warm coffee does not do it for us. Cafe was dirty and unkempt. All tables were sticky and many were loaded with dirty cups and plates from previous customers that were not cleared away even though it was not very busy.

Caffe Nero is a nice place to go for a coffee. However if you go at lunch time it can be really busy and you might not get the drink of your choice as it could have ran out of stock. Which is a bit disappointing.

The Coffee in Nero is in my view the best of all the coffee shops and my daughters prefer their Hot Chocolate. The staff in this one are always very helpful. It is a pit many of the chairs are in a corridor leading past the counter and the often open door make the room chilly at times. If the... More

An ideal place to stop for a coffee break in an otherwise rather downmarket shopping centre. These are the kind of shops that Birkenhead has too few. Service here is friendly and efficient. Well worth stopping by when in the area.
