It was busy for a wet August Monday, but we greeted by a friendly face and soon found 3 bar stools to sit on. The menu is extensive, but not if you are vegetarian, anyway, we soon ordered and found that nothing could be changed on the menu, if it said it comes with mushy peas, well, thats it, no choice of... Visited recently on a very sunny Saturday. Expected to wait a while due to pipe band competition happening in the town but seated quickly. Good value, quality and great service. Desserts looked amazing but time and a full stomach meant we had to decline.

Having been to this restaurant before I kind of knew what to expect. As before the place was heaving. We went on a Sunday. It takes a lot of effort and skill to be able to produce consistently good food for that amount of people. They don't take bookings so we arrived and were told a table should be free... More

Great location for a restaurant overlooking the Pier. Food was quickly served and the dessert was amazing! Only bit of constructive criticism would be the burger itself, x2 tiny beef burgers crammed into one to make it 8oz, not great there.

Had the pleasure of dining in The Wine Bar with my grandchildren & daughter in law on a very busy summer evening in August. Joined the queue for opening at 5 PM. After being seated we placed the order with an exceptional friendly & efficient barman called Stephen and in spite of the restaurant being full the waitresses were at... More

Despite having eaten here frequently over the years this is the first time I've reviewed the Ramore Winebar. It is what it is, not somewhere I go to unless I'm out with a group of friends to be honest as I dislike the food ordering system and the way that the seats are crammed together. But it does what it... More

Had our annual family summer day out and as we were early managed to get a table in Ramore just before it filled up. The ordering at bar, get your own cutlery etc is maybe not what other restaurants do. However when we went in the staff at the door gave us clear instructions and the staff taking orders were... If you like the IKEA's Restaurant, you should like the Ramore. The food, cues and décor are similar. The main difference is the staff are far to elite to be dealing with Joe public; they will make you well aware throughout the whole 'dinning' experience that you should be honoured to be allowed in their establishment!

I've tried all the ramore resturants and can say I've never had a bad meal yet! You may have to wait a while for your table but it never takes as long as they say and trust me the food is worth it, so tasty and great value! Myself and my boyfriend usually get 2 mains, 2 sides and 2... More

Still serving the best food in the area if not the country. Never had a bad meal. Family favourite....fantastic desheets. Plenty of atmosphere. Worth queuing for. Tip...arrive early.Don't see how anyone can complain about the Ramore.
