We had our wedding reception here in may 2012. Lovely setting, quirky warm place. Fabulous open fire, nice food and friendly service.

Sorry, but I have to report that this resaurant is now closed. Its currently being operated as a community pub run a several locals. No food only beers and wines being offered. The community are going to be running events on the site, with the support of the owner.

Eaten there several times in the past and had a good experience but this last time was actually very poor. Service was wanting, food selection was poor (no fish and only one veggie choice) and frankly was over priced.

We were anxious to find a location for a family birthday lunch and chanced upon The Rectory. We found the atmosphere was perfect for us and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent, both in choice and quality, and we will certainly be visiting there again.

The restaurant has changed hands recently, but we are glad to say that the welcome, the service and the food is just as good. Excellent value. A & M

Yes its true the Old Rectory has new owners and is nothing to do with Mosaic now and the former Mosaic owners Andrew and Brennan are hopefully opening a new venture in Swansea in the upcoming Urban Villiage soon this year!. I am unable to provide a review of The Old Recotory since being under new ownership, however have rated... More

We visited the old rectory with the new owners at the end of August. They were quiet however they haven't long re-opened under the new management. The food was stunning! There was plenty of flavour and the portions were sizeable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive! Highly recommended and I can't wait to go back again!

This is now "The Old Rectory" Llanddowror. New owners have taken over and are producing a very high level of food and range of beers and wines, its well worth a visit. The restaurant is open Tuesdays to Sundays, one has to try the Sunday Carvery with a excellent choice of meat and veg.

We visited The Old Rectory today for morning coffee (19 August) we were given a grim welcome in the car park and stopped no loger than 30 seconds, I'll never want to go there again & I shall warn and potential visitors the same. We continued on to Taverspite Tea Rooms we were made most welcome. Barbara & Roger Simms
