Any person rating less than ***** is a floundering lack of beer knowledge idiot For a second forget the beer and the way they look after it's condition. In the past - excellent food. Great ambience, chatty staff intelligent and recomending of beer when your taste is known. In other words - perfect hosts.. so what more do you want... More

Great choice of hand pulled beers at this busy friendly pub, tucked away but well worth finding, nice place to go with friends.

Maybe we just made a bad choice on food, cant fault the beer. The question I always ask is would I go back ? Hell yes, but maybe not eat there.

Great pub with nice atmosphere and good choice of beers. We decided to stay for tea and ordered just after they started serving ordering two meals. We were still waiting 50 minutes later because they had had an order in front of us for a table of six!! However despite the wait the food was nice.
