A great dog friendly pub with a fantastic selection of beers , Ales & ciders as well as good food. Staff are always friendly & welcoming to us & our dogs . A regular weekend stop off after a lovely walk in Skipton woods with our 2 Boxer girls.

Cracking selection of real ales with friendly, knowledgable staff and a nice quiet atmosphere with no music in background. Didn't have food but menu does look to be very good with reasonable prices.

My father-in-law has taken me here many times since they moved up north. He has also taken me to many more of Skipton's many pubs but none beat this place. The beer selection is exceptional and the staff are very knowledgable about them. The food is also good and it's dog friendly. If you visit Skipton then you must seek... More

Called in for a pint whilst walking the Lady Anne Way in May. Warm and friendly welcome from the bar staff and a very good selection of real ales. Didn’t eat here but food being served looked and smelt very good. Definitely worth popping in for a drink if you’re passing.

My wife and I visited the narrow boat pub in Skipton today for a pub lunch and I had pork belly with new potatoes, kale and bacon. The meal was absolutely delicious in fact it was the best pork belly I have ever had! My wife had the minute peppered steak with ciabatta bread, onions and chips which she enjoyed very much.... More

My wife and I stumbled across this pub and ordered a burger and a steak sandwich. Both were well cooked and fresh. The onion rings were the best I've ever had... Christ till the last. Enjoyed the food and the staff were really nice. I'll go again
