Admittedly we only had drinks, but the food looked amazing (think we will return to sample some of the tapas) and the atmosphere was great. Would have rated a 5 if they had served draft Tribute rather than out of a can 😞

Only stopped for a drink bit really nice atmosphere. Food looked great value, and would like to have stopped for some. And to top it all it had loose leaf tea !

This was very good. The interesting menu is tapas style and imaginatively done. Prices are reasonable. Service is pretty good and cheerfully done. The décor is slightly quirky and unusual. It's dog friendly. My one complaint is that there's no proper beer on tap, or even Guinness, but there's a fair selection in cans. A cut above the local alternatives.... More

Incredible food, fantastic value for money and the most friendly, hard working and accommodating staff I have come across. The Old Grammar School never disappoints and I would rate it as the best place to eat in Truro by a long way.

It's been a year since our last visit and it didn't disappoint. We always seem to visit Truro on a rainy day, but we managed to get a table inside this time. The menu is on the blackboards and has a great choice for all pallets. The children's menu is excellent value and the quality of the food for the... More

Ate outside last week for lunch on an attractive street side terrace. charming service, popular with locals and tourists. inside also looks good. simple food well done, I shared a plate of Mezze both hot and cold, plenty for two with extra bread (foccacia) willingly given. with two soft drinks £20 gave a reasonable tip. More good than very good... More

Me and my girlfriend visited the old grammar school on a Friday evening unfortunely we were an hour early for food so we decided that we would have a drink while we waited. The range of cocktails alone was impressive and while I was not drinking as I was driving my girlfriend assures me that the passion fruit margarita is... More

Menu is always changing and is a nice mixture of different styles. Some tables are like refectory tables so you usually end up having to share which is not a problem as both the staff and customers are usually very pleasant. Considering the size of the kitchen, which you can see from the inside seating area, the meals they produce... More

On a family holiday to Cornwall, we headed to TOGS again after the awesome meal I'd had there earlier in the year and this time was even better! The food, as you'll see from my photo was I.N.C.R.E.D.B.L.E! the squid rings were crispy and tender, the beef incredibly tasty and the pulled pork sliders irresistible (and, if you're feeling a...
