just behind or if you have a Blue card you can often park just up the road besides the Cathedral. Outdoor area on a fine day, positive staff, decent pub food well priced and ideal as a lunch option if visiting the Cathedral. Go see for your self, think you will enjoy.

Fabulous. Comes with a bucket of chips. Wonderful stuff. Hugely popular restaurant in the centre if Truro, especially with mothers with huge buggies. If you are a mum with a huge buggy you might have a problem with my comment, but speaking for the rest of us, it's a problem getting a seat!

Come here quite often for tapas and just for cocktails in the evenings. Always really great service and good food. The standards are always high and prices are good. Shame that there's only a couple of tables as I often walk in and have to leave for there being no room (obviously can't be helped). Would like to see the... More

Went there on a Monday night in middle of summer. Truro was dead quiet as it is not on the coast. We had scouted a place to eat out the week before and thought the menu looked fine so came here. Every restaurant and bar we walked pass was totally empty but this place was pleasantly packed inside and out... More

Visited for lunch while in the area, good selection for both meat-lovers and veggies of which we have both! Good selection of drinks and the menu being on the black board was a nice touch. Food took a while but was well worth waiting, beautiful and freshly cooked produce and loved how it was presented on the slate boards etc.... More

Stopped for coffee & cake, we had just bought a sandwich from Boots for the children, but they allowed them to finish them off whilst we sat down. Very friendly waiting staff & bar. Tapas menu looks amazing, although not tried, but will definitely return to sample!

What a lovely place to come for a tasty lunch. I had the potatoe and leek soup with focaccia, my friend had the bavette steak sandwich in gabatta with blue cheese and onion marmalade. Gorgeous meal, plenty of it, not cheap but well worth it. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Will pop in again when in Truro.

Set at the top of a hill, just outside of Truro, this inviting restaurant offers a real treat! Their attention to detail is great, although none of it feels over-fussy. The menu has taken good British food and elevated it slightly, but not to the point that is unrecognisable. The feel of the place is really what makes it special,... More

I come here when I want to splash out with good food and cocktails. I am never disappointed. However last time I went on a really sunny day their umbrellas were out so no sunshine in the garden to enjoy. Its so rare for a lush day people want to enjoy it !!!
