I highly recommend Ask Italian, Truro! The food is delicious! The wine is great and the milkshakes are a real hit with my 3 year old! :) The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself is welcoming and relaxing!

This is a belated review following a family wedding reception held in the afternoon at Ask Italian Restaurant, Truro on the 16th of December 2014, the wedding of Martin James Page and Suzzanne Gillian Rowe. We had nothing but compliments for the restaurant with regard of standard of service, cost, the quality of food and the atmosphere. In every photograph... More

Food is ok not very exciting or differerent. We found choice limited. We had to wait quite a long time to be served.

This was our first experience of an ASK restaurant outside of London and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the service very good bearing in mind we were going on to a local event. If you like italian food then this is the place to eat.

Came here for meal and was impressed by the food and service. Although it is a little expensive. Also be aware they put a service charge automatically on the bill

The food was undoubtedly good but the staff were some of the rudest I have ever come across. When one of our party again had to get up and ask for our drinks to be brought over a second time and said that we had waited for 15 minutes, we were given the snide response of "it's been 11 minutes... Christmas work party, food all pre-ordered but even so some starters that were ordered weren't available, otherwise food was OK. My big gripe was that we were jammed in so much that it was uncomfortable to eat without banging elbows with each other which doesn't make for a pleasant meal. Gave a positive review for the same work-do last year,... More

Booked online weeks ago. Arrived 30 minutes early. No problem. Table for 6. Ready to go. Choice of Xmas menu or normal. Prices are good. Everyone was happy. First time for me there. Enjoyed very much.

So so meal. Ordered garlic bread but hardly any garlic present. The main dish was pasta, pesto, courgettes and chicken. Tasty but 3 pieces of chicken only and sitting in oil below the pasta. The saving grace was a voucher for 25% off!

We ate here using our tesco clubcard vouchers and was surprised about how good the quality of food was. It was lovely. Seating was a little bit too close to others though! The staff appeared to be very friendly too. Would definitely return.
