We visited the Green Man on a weekday evening, hoping it would be quieter than the weekend. It was probably about half full when we go there. Lovely setting, our order was taken quickly -- servers were all very friendly (I say all as we never tended to get the same one twice). It was a bit slow to get... More

I visited the Green Man on the 27th of August, and I had a lovely lunch. Me and wife have been a few time but this time really stood out for us, lovely service from the waiter Willum. The food was at the table within 10 minutes " can't complain " and was everything it lived up to be. Asked... More

Chicken on a bone! You can have that at home. Poor sized children's meals. Menu didn't offer a wide selection unless you like Sea Bass. It was a shame has lovely staff and beautiful pub. I just think too over priced for the quality of the food. My advice would be to ditch chicken on the bone and make older... More

Have eaten here a few times but there has always been just something missing. Have been again with family for lunch and it really hit the spot! Food all beautifully cooked and very friendly staff who were very helpful, including 3 year old grandson. Although pub continues to be part of the same group, I understand there has recently been... Brilliant menu: lots of familiar dishes, but with delicious new twists. Excellent wine & alcohol-free choices. Beautiful inside & out. Friendly, skilled staff. And priced sensibly - how refreshing is that! We just loved this place, only wish it was our local !

We really enjoyed our visit to this pub it has a cosy feel and the staff are very friendly. More importantly the food is beautifully presented and it tastes good. It was very reasonably priced too. The only complaint was we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food then another 30 minutes for our desert. Whether they were... More
