Fantastic food and views where outside drinking extends across the public toad on to the beach wall in a very relaxed way. Very friendly staff and great food.

Have eaten here a couple of times over the last year or so and it just keeps getting better. Went to the Seafood Gourmet & Wine tasting event last night and was blown away by the food, the wine and the excellent service. Absolutely love this place and can't wait to go back

Our B&B arranged a last minute early bird seating for us for dinner. We were happily accommodated right next to a window for the sea views (which then became more people watching). We were happy with the choices that they gave us and found exactly what we were in the mood for. We found the entrees to be the best... More

I was looking for a decent pub not too far from where we were and after some googling I saw a list of the Guardian’s ten best pubs in Pembrokeshire and this one was the closest to us and by the sea . The village was quaint and so was the pub. We arrived there half an hour before opening... More

Called in for lunch a couple of weeks ago whilst recently holidaying nearby. Service was a little slow but a friendly enough place although furnishing/decor in need of a little TLC. My wife and I both ordered beef and stout pie with chips. The chips turned out to be unpeeled potato wedges which looked rather over-cooked. The pie was nothing... More

Hi Jackno2dog, I'm sorry you feel disappointed with your beef and stout pie and the chips you had at the Griffin. The majority of our customers rave about our hand cut chips, saying how nice it is to see rather than using frozen chips, and how good they taste. Maybe this is what surprised our staff when you mentioned you... More

This is the second time we have been to Dale and the Griffin Inn is a little gem! Staff are friendly and polite and the food was lovely ( we all had fish and chips). I will definitely return great place with beautiful views.

The Griffin is a local pub on the sea front at Dale. The dining is casual and the quality of food is excellent, especially the specials of the several types of fish which are caught fresh each day and cooked beautifully. Definintely somewhere to head for if you are in the area.

This Old Hostelry is situated on the seafront of a very old and popular boating/fishing village at the Western end of glorious Pembrokeshire. The menu is quite varied, sensibly priced and includes a good selection of locally sourced seafood dishes.. The Inn is very clean, service is efficient and friendly staff create an excellent atmosphere

Used the Griffin whilst waiting for family to return from fishing trip. The outside balcony is a great addition to sit and watch the bay and have a drink or two! It was a beautiful day and the sun was really hot on the balcony. No complaints but maybe a parasol or two would help those who want to sit... More
