Great food, atmos and service

A local restaurant I have been meaning to visit for some time... Table for four at 6:00 on Friday evening. Child friendly, bubbly atmosphere, think I would've stayed a bit longer had our booking not run out. My wife and I had pizza and the kids had pasta dishes. The pizza bases were my preferred... read more

it was quite a long time since we'd been to Mozarellas as we thought it was overpriced, but thought we'd give it another try and took some friends with us. What a mistake!! We had booked a table but we waited 30 mins or so to be seated, which can happen if people are reluctant to move after their meal. The... More

Always busy and lively even early in the evening when we go with our 2 young children. It's ok. Nothing special. Average food. We go because it's convenient but we wouldn't recommend travelling to Marsden just to eat here.

We were hoping to eat here previously and for some reason hadn't yet made it. I now realise what I've been missing out on.... Great atmosphere for a monday evening at 7pm. I think the early deal must be a hit with people as it was bustling, with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, we ended up being the last in by... More

It was a busy Saturday when we visited as a group of four. Even though the place was extremely busy, staff were instantly friendly, welcoming and had us seated with drinks orders within a few minutes. Drinks are varied, with some great choices of wines and world and local beers! The starters arrived quickly and the sharing platters were great... More

After a bad experience at the New Inn further up the road we were found a table at Mozzarella's even though it was booked out later in the evening. The expresso menu came to £10 for 2 courses & the food was tasty, speedy & hot. The kid's menu was £4.50 & my daughter enjoyed a pizza & ice cream.... More

10 of us went last night can't fault the food my prawn pizza was delicious. The seabream special was also a hit. Reading the previous criticism's I have to agree the service was a bit slow we waited half an hour to order our food and another half an hour to be served however we weren't too bothered about that... Popped in on the way home from work for a quiet drink and decided to have some tea for a treat. The staff were as always most welcoming and even though there was no smoked haddock left apparently, the kitchen staff made sure that the risotto was seafood and special. Praise to the serving staff too for looking after us.... More

Our menu choices were incorrectly given to the kitchen. The risotto resembled scrambled egg. The Italian pancake was burnt and hard. The pizza option was incorrectly served. The kitchen staff were arguing very loudly. A very bad experience.
