This was a beautiful mediterranean autumn day

This was the perfect indian summer day and we had lunch under the parasols facing the harbour at Royan. Delicious food and excellent service. Royan is well worth a visit and has that air of old fashioned elegance about it.

My wife and I were celebrating our first anniversary. Food was pleasant and good. We both had fish dish accompanied by a mushroom rissotto and vegetable tart. Food was good. Would give 4 stars but felt rushed towards the end of our meal so was a bit dissapointed with the service. Price is not too bad appropriately priced for the... More

Went there for a tasty meal in a restaurant facing the quai.Delicious mussels, the crevettes were fresh and the rillette de sardines just wow. The waiters were very friendly and the ambiance just good enough.

The waiter was so rude and unfriendly we decided to go and eat somewhere else, they should look after their customers.

Just ordered 2 petits crèmes, and they charged us 8 euros, we asked the waitress if this was a mistake but that's the rate for petit crème, these people have no shame.

The terrace is placed next to the marina in a traffic free area. The mussels are not so good according to me, but the other seafood is delicious (I picked the wrong dish). Inside the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the service was good.

The title pretty well says it. It's located on the harbour front; the food is good, and so is the service. The only drawback is that if you don't want shellfish, the menu is slightly limited. Otherwise heartily recommended.

Restaurant Les Voiles Blanches is by my knwledge one of the best restaurants in Royan. Exellent service and food to die for. My wife took a moules Charantes that was superb. I had the "dos de Dorade" with the best risotto ever. I strongly rekomend the "Cafe Gourmand" for dessert.

We stumbled across this restaurant and it was so good we went back twice more! The outlook over the harbour is lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The food itself is great and the desserts are a 'must'. We will be back here next year!

Light lunch in the sun on the quayside at Royan. Ate two bowls of moules and frites, one traditionally prepared Marieniere and one Rochelaises. Nicely presented and good vale recommended. Nice atmosphere by the quayside watching the world go by.
