I appreciate value for money hard earned money & this establishment provided it by the bucket-load.The surroundings are pleasant without being pretentious, the staff were attentive & thoughtful & the welcome & service we received was far superior to the usual standard of a 'local pub'. We chose from the £ 13.50 three course weekday lunch menu which was incredible... More

I've heard nothing but good things about the Three Mariners, so I had to try it for myself. The food was excellent. I enjoyed three courses from their weeknight dinner menu. The service was also very friendly and helpful. I've visited many pubs in the area, but the Three Mariners definitely outshines all of them. Their quality of food is... More

We ate here on the warmest of days and had a table outside which was nicely shaded and thankfully (almost) wasp free. A good choice of beers that come from the shepherd neame brewery over the road that you can see from the garden. Great choice of interesting food on the menu, it took us ages to pick what to... I love this place. I recommend it to everybody who asks me where to eat out in North/East Kent. Stopped off again on our way back to London on a Friday evening. Luckily they had a table free. I decided to forego my usual starter of the skate cheeks in lemon and garlic and try something different. Monkfish goujons with... More

During our niece's visit, we decided to take her out for dinner. Even her young age she appreciates good taste and different flavours. Tree mariners is the obvious choice as we have been never disappointed. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was delicious. Lemon panna cotta is perfect

We came here on Friday night as we were staying locally for a wedding the next day. Not really knowing what to expect we sat down expecting pub grub but were blown away by some exceptional food. A really pleasant supprise and the perfect way to start our wedding celebrations.

We were invited here by friends and we're glad to have seen decent reviews beforehand. The food on the set menu is fantastic value for money, if not the best food you will ever eat. Having said that, it is very good. Veg was either over done or under done, but that was from personal preference. My Mrs said hers... More

The booking process for a midweek evening was quick and efficient – booked for 8 pm. You will need to book well in advance as this is a very popular place with people from both inside and outside the area. The Mariners is easy to find, being in the middle of Oare itself, and has plenty of parking. On first... More
