Wonderful setting in an old portion of Northern Santa Barbara county, close to the old town of Los Olivos. This is the center of the Wine industry of Santa Barbara Couny, and as you would suspect they have some great wines to offer - but this review is about their food. I had to ask what certain things were on... More

To be honest I was expecting more after hearing all the raves from my friends. The restaurant is very pretty. They have seating in the dining room and on the porch which looked like fun. I thought the food was good and nice but not great. I may have ordered the wrong items however. The menu and chef seem highly... More

For my husband's birthday we decided to eat here as we love watching the Inn Crowd with chef Budi on tv. The show always makes us hungry! The dining room is small and inviting. The staff is friendly and attentive as well as knowledgeable about the wines and menu. We each had a different appetizer and different main so we... More

My wife and I came here for a birthday dinner. It is housed in a quaint and cozy inn. The ambiance is relaxing and comfortable. Our server was vivacious and always available. The food was truly exceptional. For starters we had the corn shiitake mushroom soup and the heirloom tomato cucumber salad. Both were uniquely flavored and delicious. For an... More

A truly enjoyable dinner on every level. The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, & comfortable. Chef Budi does a tremendous job of creating interesting taste sensations. We enjoyed the Beef Tenderloins, Lamb offering & the Duck. Each a culinary work of art. A much better value & dining experience for us than Mirabelle!! We'll be back!

The restaurant is just charming. Cute country hotel, very cozy and yet elegant dining room with fireplace. Several tables on the terrace. Great atmosphere inside, very pleasant to dine outside. Service is very good as well. Food is beautiful mix of Asian elements and local cuisine. And one sees the chef purchasing the produce at Solvang Farmers Market weekly without... More

Dining on the front porch was our favorite, watching the locals walking, cycling or driving by. The wine and charcuterie hour was a nice relaxing start to the evening.

The food was good, the wine was served too cold even for a white wine. The service was a little confused at dinner but great when we ate the two breakfasts we had the two mornings we were there.

First I must admit this is my favorite restaurant to go to with my husband. We are locals so have the opportunity to eat at all the options as time is no object. Admission # 2, I am one of those folks that like to cook and am fair decent at it so getting The Him to go out to... More

Food is exquisite here. Budi does a fantastic job in taste and presentation. I love his Hamachi appetizer. I always end up getting the duck dish.
