During our recent trip to St. John we discovered Aqua Bistro. Ended up dining there 3 times; each time exceeding the prior visit. Staff was very attentive and friendly, food was exceptional. Would heartily recommend this establishment.

We stayed on the east end for a week and ate here twice. Both meals were fresh and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was great with a live steel drum one night. The service was friendly and prompt. Would definately recommend for a dinner in Coral Bay.

I think it might have been the owner, the service was great. The food was tasty but my mahi sandwich had a pretty thin filet. Really cute courtyard area. Hubby got jerk chicken sand. And he said it was too jerky and he loves spice.

We went here on our last night in Coral Bay. We had appetizers so we both ordered sandwiches, although the fresh catch sounded amazing. My fish sandwich was tasty but had an odd texture. Just returned home after 10 awesome days in Coral Bay. This was absolutely my favorite restaurant on our recent trip to St. John. We enjoyed a drink up at the bar one day on our way back from the beach and then returned twice for dinner. Great atmosphere and wonderful food! Julie

I had the best fish and chips ever. The batter was so light as to be almost negligible and such flavour! The Caesar salad was lovely.
