Friendly host & great food in a lovely authentic setting. The owner was very helpful since mosquitoes love my daughter & she made sure we had spray as well as putting incense around us to reduce the risk of spoiling our food. Made the evening relaxed.

I am reviewing as a Malaysian who resides in Kuala Lumpur. Sheela's has got a very nice, quiet and homely garden setting, typical of kampung houses. Service is good - very friendly boss and attentive waiters. However, we feel that the menu could have been more extensive to include more local dishes. The price is slightly on the high side.... We ate here with friends and had a lovely meal at a very reasonable price. We mainly ate Malaysian but there were western choices too. They actually do a roast dinner every Sunday.

Sheela's restaurant never disappoints. The food is delicious, that goes without saying. But the real attraction here is the beautiful setting, if you book early of course ;) Sit and dine in the lovely garden. You will forget you are a tourist in a touristy area, but a visiting neighbour from the home next door. Plus if you get the... More

I really liked the garden and the lighting. It is a nice setting for a nice dinner. Bring repellant to avoid getting bitten by mosquitoes. If you order a steak do not forget to order the pepper creme sauce which is not included by default and costs you an additional 6RM. You will get more than enough for 2 or... More

The setting sells this restaurant as it's stunning and if you are a large party they've got some big tables. The food was good but portions are not the biggest. The service unfortunately really let the evening down for us. Our young waiter looked like he'd prefer to be any where else but serving us which cut our night short.

One of the best meals we have had in Malaysia. Bit more pricey than your typical hawker place but well worth it. (Still cheap compared to uk!) We shared a Delicious beef rendang and noodle dish, staff so friendly and interesting, lots of herbs and plants growing in the garden and a lovely pond with lillies and the sound of... More

Amazing family restaurant. You can seat outside in a large beautiful garden. Delucios food, wonderful desserts. You should reserve a table because they are always full in the evening.
