Dishes are worth to taste. Pork chop and chicken on grill are very, very delicous. Seafood (rice or spaghetti) is served in a big pan - also is very tasty. Appreciate the care and service from waiter Darko. Wish you all the best!

The quantity and quality is more than worth your money. There are several similar restaurants in Milna and all have similar menu's, but you will want to return here. This restaurant does not stand out for the look/interiour I guess but it definiteley does for excellent service. It's just really good, fresh, simple, traditional, nononsense food. A lot of dishes... Amazing small restaurant in the peaceful village of Milna, where you can find the true spirit of Croatia, away from the chaos of Hvar. I recomend the grilled octopus, it was excellent!! The host is a very kind person and he grills the fish for you in the terrace. It's like having dinner in his house!!

Our family of four have been traveling Europe over the summer, and every once in a while, we'll come upon a restaurant so good, we'll go there twice. We were staying in Milna, Hvar, for four nights, and we ate at Kod Barba Bozjeg THREE times! What's so great about the restaurant? It's a lot of things - the view... More

Firstly to clarify: this incredible restaurant is in the village of Milna on the island of Hvar, not on the island of Brac. Yes, there is another Milna on Brac, but here we talk about the cute small Milna situated ca. 5 km from the town on Hvar - the "capital" of the sunniest Croatian island and together with Dubrovnik... We went to Milna beach twice on our trip to Hvar. We liked the relaxed atmosphere of this beach. The beach manager recommended Kod Barba Bozjeg restaurant for us and we went two days in a row. It was the best grilled octopus and super fresh salad. The family grow all of their own ingredients, such as garlic, tomatoes and... More

After walking 6km or o from Hvar on what was, in places, a lot more rocky than anticipated, we arrived at Milna and ought out this restaurant due to the Trip Advisor reviews. We weren't disappointed! Make no mistake, it is a very simple family place - I don't think they spent 100 kuna on decor in the last five... More

When we arrived at Kod Barbara Bozjeg, it was crowded, so we ate inside. The limited menu caused us to get the same kind of seafood pasta and grilled fish that we had the night before. It was not as good as we had in other places on our trip. If we had to do it again, we would not... More

Ive got to say Tripadvisor did us proud we would not have gone to this restaurant as we wouldnt have known it exisited. Its only a 10 minute taxi ride from Hvar (100HKN £11.50 ) but the place Milna is only a little village with (I was told by the taxi driver ) beautiful restaurants and a nice little beach area....
