September weekend

Great location, walking distance to the Big Bear Lake village. Furnishings a bit dated, but clean. I would stay again.

We were excited to stay here with our family while visiting with extended family who own a timeshare close by. The hotel is welcoming and nice enough so we were happy to be here. Who would guess that the fire alarm would awaken us and continue to go off for waaaaay to long!!! Hard to go back to sleep after... More

Go see Rommey in the bar and tell him Tami sent you! He makes a good drink and is full of knowledge about the area.

We used a group on to stay at this motel in Big Bear Lake. The room was comfortable .The breakfast was included ,potatoes were not edible and eggs were greasy, coffee was good .The hallways were not dirty just kind of tired looking. The general feeling is this place once thrived .It has conference rooms and is really pretty big ,three floors

For the price we paid we were happy with the room, wifi is not good if you are down the back of the resort. Close and walking distance to the village and shops

While it's not a Hilton or Marriott, it was fine Yes it's a bit old and dated, I have no major complaints. Well, perhaps a bit pricy, but this is a big time ski and boating Area. Night desk man was very accommodating and helpful. My only real complaints are saggy sofa and bed.

Spent a weekend here with a couple friends and had a really great time. Staff is very friendly, they have a cute little restaurant and bar inside and everything is reasonably priced. If you're headed up to Big Bear, I would definitely reccomend this place if you're looking for a fun place to stay.

Our time spent at Northwoods was just beautiful and magical. Everything was perfection, but the kindness of the staff was by far the best part. The catering was amazing and all our guests complimented how delicious the food was. The restuarant was delicious as well and the rooms were unique, tidy and very beautiful. Overall an absolutely amazing stay and... More

Rustic themed resort with a restaurant and bar on-site. Log cabin themed rooms, hot pool, internet and wi-fi. My wife and I came so often, we ended up buying our own place up here. Sunday brunch at Stillwell's is still a treat.

We ate in the lounge area and were served by Diane. I can't say enough about the excellent quality of the service, the food, and the value. We ate heavy earlier in the day and went with salads off of Stillwell's menu. We were floored by the quality, size, value, and presentation of the meal. The salads were full sized... More
