Eating out at restaurants on a holiday can be a bit intimidating. You hope it will taste like a traditional meal, but you can never be sure! We decided to go to Peppercorn, upon the recommendation of numerous friends. They quoted us a wait time of one and a half to two hours. But to our delight, it was just... More

You can trust that this restaurant serves good foods. This is evidenced by the crowd who visit this place. Sometimes you have to wait to be seated. I would rate "good," not excellent. The price is more than I expected. But you pay for the location (in the middle of the Village").

Everything on the menu is great. Their soups are delicious; salmon, steaks, salads, and pizza excellent. Wait staff friendly; service can be slow sometimes. MAKE a RESERVATION!

We decided to dine here after growing tired a low quality dining options. The food was great (minus the "Mac n cheese" on kids menu). Service was great. However, it's certainly not welcoming towards kids. My little ones are very seasoned restaurant diners but we received several looks of disappointment from host staff and other diners for eating here. My... More

We were only in Big Bear Lake one night and decided on The Peppercorn Grille based on lots of good reviews, and we're so glad we did! This is a lovely little place, and some of the best service we've had in a restaurant. Friendly, helpful but not overbearing - it really made our evening. This is a classic grill... More

It is nice with really good food but their prices sort of outshine the food and atmosphere. Every time I think of going again I remember the bill from last time
