It was to be the beginning of a love affair and union with all things Argentine. The latest embodiment of the Anglo-Argentine love affair is in the form of our family run restaurant, Lomito.Located in the heart of leafy suburb Northwood, we offer a slice of Argentine life in its food, wine and above all, hospitality. We believe that providing a relaxing space where wholesome food can be enjoyed amongst the company of family and friends, over a leisurely glass of wine is a heavenly combination. We welcome you to join us at Lomito & savour the moments with us.

It was ok!

Visited as part of a large party including children. At the start we Was told we could order off of the set menu or a la carte menu but everybody had to order off of the same one, seemed a bit odd? The food was good the service was average and the evening was pleasant enough. If you was to... read more

We went to this restaurant as it was near and had been recommended. Booked for my mum, my daughter and myself. We didn't want a starter but was given 3 large slices of bread and some Chimichurri which is an Argentinian parsley, garlic type sauce which we dipped our bread in and it was delicious. We all chose fillet steak... More

I've eaten here 3 times and have always been underwhelmed by the quality of the grub. The place and atmosphere is excellent, but it's not in the same league, quality wise as Goodman and The Hawksmoor, but you're paying the same price for the privilege. It's not poor by any standards, but it's only above average at best in my... More

Dined as part of a group on Friday evening Food and service were very good, but the waiter had to be prompted to show us the steaks in advance Downside was that the food came incredibly quickly, both starters and mains. This might be because we had a late table and the kitchen closes pretty early. The prices are expensive... More

After failing to book a table in a steak restuarant in St. Albans, we researched & came across lomito, we had an early booking 6.30pm, we were welcomed, shown to our table & given menus. A lovely waitress offered us drinks and soon after bought them over, a lovely atmospher, the waitress also showed & explained the different varieties of... More

Went to the restaurant for my fathers birthday and although the meat was good, didn't feel that the prices warranted the small portioning. If you don't have a problem with paying more than is ordinary then I would recommend going for a meal here.

We went here last night for my son's birthday, with his girlfriend, as a special treat. We are all big meat eaters. The restaurant was full and the atmosphere was buzzing. Our table was compact:) Everyone else's steak was thick and juicy but my ribeye, which I ordered medium-well done, was thin and burnt and definitely not pink on the... More

We were a group of 11 with 3 vegetarians in the group. The food was excellent especially the steaks. I do not see any reason to go to the pricey West End steak restaurants any more. Could have done with a couple of extra waiting staff as only one waiter served the table of 11.

Food was very good and being carnivore Restuarant they also took care of vegetarians Though I don't eat red meat and that was their niche the sea food was very good and the salmon ceviche and grilled salmon a must to try Service was excellent with smile however the extra charges for chillies and sauces compared to portion was not...
