Haven't been here for years but it has certainly picked up and probably one of the better restaurants in Carlow at the moment. The prices are excellent and the food was really good. Our waiter was also efficient and pleasant. If you can get over the decor - which is very ordinary - you will have a great time!

On holiday in Carlow went to this place midweek evening. Restaurant nothing fancy but the food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

the food was excellent and very good value but don't expect a " posh" setting as the tables and chairs are comfortable but plain. Portions were very large and well presented

I love this restaurant. Its small and tucked away, just slightly outside the main area in town. The food is fantastic and not overly expensive regardless if you sit down or get a take away. My favourite is the chilli chicken. Staff are always polite and friendly. Always had a great experience here.

I have been eating in the Wheeping Tiger Carlow for the last 6 years and I have never had a bad meal there . The Atmosphere is good but the food is where they are the strongest . If you are in Carlow and looking for Thai Food this is the only place to go . The staff are polite... More

First time I went here with my daughter, the food was lovely, but the service was a bit slow, which spoilt things a bit as had very limited time. Second time went with whole family for Mother's Day. Firstly they did not have our booking, but were able to fit us in, which was strange as when booked they took... More

We eat here regularly, food is excellent, service is good, and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is quiet, and the staff are very efficient. We mostly go as group of 4-6 and there is never problem getting a table. We've never had a bad experience here, but they could do with more choice of European dishes as there are only... More

Another little gem in Carlow Town. The Weeping Thaiger has great Thai food. The cater for all types of tastes. Spicy for the brave and adventurous and mild for those that cant handle the heat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this establishment to others.

It's been a while since we last ate here and our meal last night brought back some beautiful taste memories. We both had the combination starters, which was not listed on the menu but we had eaten it many times in the past. It did not disappoint. I had the red curry and my husband had the weeping thaiger beef... More
