This restaurant is one of the best places in Yverdon to eat properly. The Italian chef can serve you very nice pizzas, risottos and lovely pastas. You need also to taste the "Boeuf sur Ardoise" which is testy. The only remark I have in towards the employees which are changing quite frequently and not all have the same customer satisfaction... The reason restaurants in Yverdon are empty is because they are overpriced. Charge less and people eat out more often. We even got charged for the eau de la robinette (tap water). I was hungry, so less picky. I ordered fish, which was OK, and french fries (Filets de Perches meunière Servi avec pommes frites allumettes, pommes de terre natures... More

We came with a larger group, had not reserved any place. They waiter had put tables together within a couple of minutes. He remembered each order, did not need to make any notes and everybody got what they wanted. Very nice food, great service, nice restaurant.

Pretty nice atmosphere, with always an excellent meal. If you like meat, try the "filet sur ardoise".. just great!

After a hard day's shopping, this was a lovely relaxing dinner. Great, attentive and friendly staff, refilled our glasses without having to be asked, gave us time to choose but also cleared empty dishes promptly. Amuse Boucher interesting and tasty pork, rice and pear, then risotto porcini for Mum and spaghetti al vongole for me. Both dishes beautifully presented and... More

we had a very spoiled dinner here. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get the food we ordered. When we got it, it was cold. When we complained friendly about the time it took, the waiter became very agressive. My wife had a beef tartare which was ok, but the attitude of the service personnel made us leave as... More

Had a meal here on a recommendation and enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive, the menu choice was good. It was a bit pricey though I think it was in keeping with the area.

We stopped here for lunch and although there was nothing remarkable about the restaurant it served good food and good service. What more do you need on a day trip lunch stop? Husband had pizza which he said was great, friend had fillet des perches which he enjoyed and I had the carpaccio as a main which was yum. Et... More

We went to there because this place was more crowded than the other one around and the atmosphere was less grim.... Next time I will be around, i will try another place because it was just average... Food and service was ok but nothing special...the place is charming but without atmosphere.

We went to this restaurant for dinner and were very excited about the menu. When we started eating, we found a cockroach in our water and complained to waiter and manager. They told us they were not responsible for insects falling from the wooden roof or from the street. Not the kind of service and attitude we expect when we... More
