This restaurant is in the town of Verbier. We went here for lunch. The raclette is excellent and you can watch the chef make it. The salads are very good too.

Very friendly and good service. Good fondue, particularly the chanterelle fondue. Remember the Raclette, can be replenished.

Raclettes and fondues are the specialties, but if you want a lighter meal, there are also excellent salads and plates of air-dried meats and cheeses, as well as more ordinary selections. The place is down to earth and the waiters are very friendly. We went there several tikes.

We ate here with the family on a Saturday night. The restaurant was packed and cozy and the service was really friendly and smooth. There are a number of amazing fondues to choose from and they have lovely desserts too! If you are looking for a cozy, traditional, fondue place after a great day of skiing, this is a very... More

We had both the cheese and meat fondues. The cheese one was just boring melted cheese (no wine mixed in). The meat one was terrible, chewy poor quality meat. The waitress was funny - that was the only good thing.

One can not go to Switzerland and not have a fondue or raclette. Nice place, we were a large group and the waitstaff was very patient and accommodating. Fondue was great and had a salami and dried meat before. Location was good not far from the medran lift.

Went here with a group of friends during a skiing weekend, in short: 45 chf for raclette (cheese) are you joking? Was told I could only order the same as the rest of the group as we were too many (really? 45 chf for cheese and I can't even choose how I want it? Wow). Not a good experience and... More

Dined here twice over the busy New Year Week. Service was not speedy because they were busy. The food was excellent and the atmosphere casual old Switzerland. There was an apology for the slow speed and a free glass of wine.....nothing not to like.

After a long day's skiing and snowboarding, our large extended family group descended upon our reserved table at Le Caveau and we were warmly welcomed. Appetites were "at the ready" for dishes like Fondue, Raclette and fillet of beef and we were not disappointed. Among the Fondues, the Fondue Truffes was declared to be a winner by our group, who... We enjoyed a great raclette here which is one of their specialities - not to be missed if you're visiting Verbier! The restaurant is situated on the main square. The waitress service is rather a hit and miss affair but the chap doing the raclette service was on the ball and quite a character!
