Good as an experience

If you want to try something new, something different, you should definitely go. It's original, it's fun, it's food that you can talk about. You enjoy guessing what you are eating. If your main interest is simply in the taste of food, you might be somewhat disappointed. In my view, half of the... read more

I have the impression this is a shrine to Mr Martin and if you're keen to worship his creative imagination without worrying about the expense, then go for it. As soon as service and value enter the equation I recommend you think twice. There are some fabulous options within a few km most of whom will cost you no more... More

We enjoyed the set meal of nine courses and the experience was definitely of a mixed nature. On the one hand, this cuisine is definitely an art requiring a lot of research and trials. It is also fun to find a pigeon in a real air mail envelope, although it seems that this dish has been on the menu for... More

This is truly a gastronomic experience. Creative and wonderful. Flavorful and entertaining and a visit from Denis Martin at the end to make sure your meal was everything it was expected to be. Certainly it was very expensive, but most certainly worth it!

Denis Marin is a unique experience . You will keep from this place an unforgetable souvenir. Discover this great restaurant where you will discover unique organoleptical profiles. You will be surprised and charmed by the creativity of the chef. The menu is a firework.

We opted for a one and a half hour demonstration in the kitchen with Chef Denis before the dinner which was really enlightening. He does speak French with very little English so need to understand French. The 24 courses were really unique and molecular cooking at it's best.

This restaurant is actually an experience in molecular cooking, where the cooks and kitchen work almost like a chemistry laboratory, to discover the effect on foods of different treatments, temperatures, etc. There are 2 menus, a 9 course menu and a 22 course menu. They are very, very expensive but the price reflects the immense amount of research, testing and... More

It is expensive, but for a gourmet, you have to eat here. The concept is unique, the flavours so divers and concentrated, the food so delicious...every dish leaves you with wanting more of it...if you imagine the work, the testing, the preparation,..to achieve such a delicious result, it cost money. Well done Chef! We will be back!

First of all, this is NOT a restaurant! This is an EXPERIENCE LAB! To compare this place to a restaurant would be like comparing normal circus to Cirque du Soleil. One menu, 22 courses, single price (well, expect 5x what you would pay for a very good steak) But have you ever eaten cookies frozen in a liquid nitrogen, or... More

22 courses, several theatrical episodes of presentation, a tour of the kitchen and laboratory and a warm greeting from the man himself. I will not comment on price as we were guests. Suffice it to say that if cost is an issue don't go! To say much more would spoil the surprise element. Everyone should go once in their life.
