suspect it was quieter than usual due to the World Cup football match on, but the food and service were excellent. I would eat here again

It may be difficult to believe, but one of the best restaurants we dined in during our trip to Switzerland was a Mexican restaurant in Flims, about 20 KM from Chur. It was reasonably priced for the Swiss, had great raspberry margaritas, and excellent tacos and enchiladas. It even had delicious American cheeseburgers with fries. The service was outstanding. Our... More

We have been to this restaurant twice in the past 12 months. Both times we really enjoyed the food and friendly service - which is very good by Swiss standards. The food was freshly-cooked and well-seasoned - not over-powered by that salty MSG 'Aromat' flavour-enhancer that most Swiss cuisine is laced with. Overall, it has a well-themed atmosphere, good food,... More

Staff was nice and friendly but the food wasn't the best. I have tried better Mexican restaurants, this wasn't differet from others but the price was quite expensive for what we had. If you want to have the typical fajitas, quesadillas and burritos don't miss this place, but know you will spend more or the same amount of money than... More

Really a good place to go. I made several good experiences in the casa mexicana. 2 times in last winter and in summer. Service is kick and good, price are fully ok. The food is delicious (if you like mixicain food). In my last visit I took the chili con carne, he this was on of the best chili i... More

We went to Casa Mexicana during a short weekend trip to flims. Great atmosphere and good margheritas (try the mango one!). The waiter was nice, but not very attentive. It took us 10 minutes to get his attention to get a coffee and the bill. We ordered the appetizer platter and avocado tuna salad starter. Delicious. As main course we... More

We always enjoy eating at Casa Mexicana. By Swiss standards, it's relatively inexpensive & the food is always excellent (if you like Mexican - which I do). I love the fresh Chili you always get with each dish. Chop them small, & eat with meal. Really lights up the flavors & you control the amount of heat you can tolerate.... More

We ate at Casa Mexicana because were honestly too lazy to bundle up and go out into the snow, but I must say that we were very pleasantly surprised by the tasty dishes that we had! Being from Texas, we weren't expecting fireworks or anything, but ended up saying that we had some of the best Mexican food that we've... More

The food is good and reasonably priced (mains under €20). Pretty standard mexican menu. Its not the best mexican I have ever had but it was tasty and was a welcome change from the local food. Service is efficient. It gets quite busy but they can also seat you in the bar next door which was fine, if a little... More
