Rather difficult to read the menu as it was interspersed with cuttings from a newspaper so rather muddled. They did the usual swiss alpine fare and we would have liked to try the raclette with sausage but they had none left so in the end we had the mushroom fondue which we were told contained local bolets mushrooms but as... Beautiful setting in the middle of Champéry village, delightful terrace, comfortable interior, reasonable prices, first class staff & very friendly owner. Good food, good wines & coffee & a great meeting point. WiFi too which helps!

The restaurant looks more like a bar but the food is certainly not bar quality. On the contrary. Very tasty, fresh, well prepared food and friendly service. The best of the three restaurants we tried in Champery.

So much yummy fondue with a constant supply of bread, cold meats, salads, so good and moorish, we loved every bite and enjoyed the staff friendliness. Can't get up to go home anymore we should maybe try the hotel too!!

Le Nord is excellent if you're looking for traditional Swiss fare with a twist. It is especially delightful on a sunny day, as the terrace outside has a splendid view of the Dents du Midi and much of the town.

The restaurant is very well decorated and the food is awesome if you like the local specialties. There are a lot of choices and the prices are not expensive. It is pet friendly, very clean.

Amazing food in great surroundings, not cheap but well worth a visit. After six bottles of wine be sure to pay your bill as we forgot!! (We did return and pay). The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food was traditional Alpine food but to a very high standard.

Went twice for dinner at Le Nord, the bistro below the "Atelier Gourmand" that is more sophisticated. Twice the service was excellent (even with the place packed as it can be between Christmas and New Year). Twice the food was great (I had a Rösti Valaisan the first time and an Oriental the second - check on http://www.atelier-gourmand.ch/LeNord/#!/?page_id=19 for the... More

We visit this restaurant during our ski vacation in Champery. Honestly, we weren't really hungry and not expecting much. We ordered carpaccio and goat cheese salad together white wine. Carpaccio was the best ever i had including restaurants all over Italy. Salad was an art and very tasty. Price were reasonable. If you stay in Champery, you should definetely visit... More
