They have a 1 for 1 deals on certain days and i managed to grab on to the ribs deal. The quality of food was good and of course the meal was so complete with their home brew beer. Do make reservation as the place is always packed.

Early Evening meal with Family as recommended by my son. The location and set up is fabulous as are the staff who were professional from start to finish. The quality of the meal was superb as was the quantity. We were all suitably impressed and would highly recommend this Restaurant to all and sundry and sure you will not be... More

This lovely traditional bar offers you the best in typical German food and beer. It brews it's own beer, which is very nice, and not over priced. The food if very good and there is plenty of it. Service is great. They offer an English menu if you need it. I go here often and really enjoy it.

This was our 2nd time back to this Brauhaus and weren't disappointed. It's a bit pricey, but it's a very nice restaurant and the food is great! It's a great atmosphere and would be a great choice for special events or large groups. It's a large, busy restaurant, so sometimes the service might be fast, but they also don't want... More

Very good. The house bier is fantastic. Unfortunatly I live in Italy but if one day I will return in Soltau I go back in this restaurant, so I will try other good traditional north germany disches and an interesting selection of in house beers

The home made beer was excellent, but the food was at little heavy for my taste. But nothing wrong with it - Tasted good.

Tasty beer and food. The Brauhaus Schnitzel is special. The salat has a tasty mustard sauce. You will love it.

I had the dark amber beer. It was delicious; just this side of sweet with a creaminess that sat well on the tongue. It went well with the Schweinshaxe. The Schweinshaxe was different than I expected, very decent. I wasn't expecting it to have a crispy skin as though it had been fried, on it that reminded me of pork... More

Fantastic restaurant set in old building beautifully decorated oozing atmosphere and serving beers made in the brewery attached and sold at great prices. Food selection and service were so good we ate there three nights running!

Traditional northern German cuisine with an interesting selection of in-house beers and local spirits. Apparently this is one of the better places in Soltau, I would like to go back someday!
