I was there just once, but for sure I will come back again. We were sitting outside in the "yard" beautifully decorated by flowers and it was very nice itself. As we wanted just something small, we took salads - me with lamb, my colleague with salmon and both were very tasty. Having a look around, all food looked fresh,... More

Very good restaurant. Nice fresh salad from the local market. I recommend to order fish there. Do not forget to buy firm Bear Cup from the Zum Fegerer.

While visiting Europe last month, my cousins took us to one of their favorite restaurants, Zum Fegerer. Now we know why it's one of their favorites. The home of a former chimney sweep converted to a charming, homey restaurant, the place is cozy and inviting (plentiful parking within easy walking distance) close to the city center. The service was lovely.... More

Stayed over in Aschaffenburg for business again and where else to have dinner than at Zum Fegerer? Great service, great food and great atmosphere. Will come again!

A very busy evening but the service was excellent - efficient and friendly. Food also very good - imaginative (i.e. goat's cheese in pastry) and included several options that were a welcome break from schnitzel and potatoes! Also enjoyed the recommended local white wine.

After eating here on the first day of a two day stay in Aschaffenburg, we decided to eat here again the next day. Zum Fegerer has great steaks and a full range of other choices. Sit outside in the patio and you won't be disappointed.

Located right down the road from the Schloss Johannisburg. Quaint atmosphere - you can eat in the outdoor garden! The service was good, especially by German standards. They also have an English menu :) The food is good, and the portions are huge - quite reasonably priced. I had the turkey steak, which had a rather thick and creamy mushroom... More

I visited Zum Fegerer to spend a nice evening with friends and it really happend. The food was of excellent quality. As starter I decided for tatar, which is always a visit card of the good restaurant. Märzenbier was served in special mugs and its taste was as it should be. For a main dish I chose Jungschweinerücken vom Grill,... More
