Found this cosy restaurant which has everything you need for a nice evening with good food. Good ambience and helpful staff made our evening memorable one.

My wife and I are at the start of an extended holiday in Germany, Switzerland, and France and our first week was spent in Calmbach near Bad Wildbad. We are vegetarian and have very little knowledge of German and knew that it might be difficult to eat out. However, we came across the Wildbader Hof and noticed that it had... More

Worth the trip. The waitress was dressed traditionally, food came in half portions and prices were fait. For 20€ I split a bottle of wine with 2 friends, had a filling half portion of schnitzel fries and salad and a massive apple strudel with whipped cream and ice cream. No windows made it a bit weird but it was bright,... More

On a recent trip to Bad Wildbad to get back treatments for my brother and me, we were directed by our therapist to Wildbader Hof as a good place for lunch. It was. Really good cream of tomato soup and a great salad. Also a plus, is the small portions option, which we took each time and it was always... More

We ate there 2-3 times while in Bad Wildbad and every time the food was delicious. Service was great and the price was fair in my opinion. They serve normal and small portions; we always took the small one and a single desert (yummmy Keiserschmarrn) for both and it was more than enough for dinner. Ask for recommendation if you... More

You will enjoy the thermal waters and saunas in the very beautiful Palais Thermal of Bad Wildbad (be careful: swimming suits are only tolerated, but not obligatory), but what to do in the evenings? People must be afraid of (not existing) crimes outside or love TV and family life- you hardly meet anyone in the quiet streets after 21h! However,... More

The restaurant is located behind the river. I had a table on the sidewalk with a very nice view. After a while, since the temperature went down, they provided blanket to all customer to warm up... The menu offers a small selection of local plates, there are also vegetarian meals. Prices is also good. I took a very tasty and... More

Wine very good and pleasant location next to the Enz River. However, on a rainy day tried to eat out on the terrace and the lederhosen waiter refused to serve me. The food I tried on my first visit was a sort of local lasagne quite good but no to my taste and I was going to try the fillet... More

The food was good and mainly from the local tradition. A menu for kids was available and both our daughter and our son enjoyed it. The service was ok and the price reasonable. The location is very nice alongside the river in the very centre of the town. I would suggest it without hesitation!

We thoroughly enjoyed the traditional German food at the tables along the Enz River. Service was very quick and I thought the prices very reasonable. I would recommend to families without hesitation.
