This has been our favorite restaurant in Konstanz for almost two decades, whenever we return to this city its our first choice ... if we get a table. Its absolutely amazing that they manage to keep the quality permanently on the same high level over the last two decades. I always ask myself how they do it in that limited... More

If you are fan of Tapas this restaurant is a must in Konstanz. Delicious Tapas in many variations and fresh fish at a good price. The service is excellent and very friendly. One should book a table well in advance, especially on weekends.

I went this place ( i live in Zurich) and 4 people was 90 euros. We asked for 3 beers, water, 1 glass of Sangria and later 1 liter of Sangria. We asked more tapas than we could eat (some examples: bread with 3 sauces, gambas al ajillo, chorizo, octopus salad, and others). The quality of tapas is on highest... More

This is a charming tapas restaurant. We were a bit worried because there weren't any very recent reviews. Had it gone out of business? So we wandered round during the day and booked for the evening. Good job too - this place is popular so reservations essential. We sat outside - on a summer evening it is very hot inside.... More

Very friendly team (although some really do only speak Spanish...) and lots of known yummy tapas on the menu (such as papas canarias with three different sauces) but also - daily - on the blackboard, explained personally by the owner. Essentially, you cannot stop ordering... Also dessert tapas are delicious. At the end, you pay like for a real three-course... More

Fully hyped in Konstanz with poor price/quality. Owner is very obtrusive. No change to have a nice diner with company when owner keeps forcing spanish on one and is focssed on promotingherself like a teenager on facebook. No place for a relaxed diner with friends. Nice little historic building.

The place has wonderful atmosphere, especially on the terrace. come early (from 1700) and sit outside. the staff is very welcoming and warm. the plates are small and quite expensive so for having a great evening you should select the lower range prices dishes and add alcohol. the restaurant is busy so make a reservation or come early. great place!

not easy to find, but so worth the search: here you get authentic Spanish tapas (voice of a Madrileño in the group) to reasonable prices. And it is not only the very known ones but real nice bocerones and garlic chicken, ... very small outside seating area, but wonderful atmosphere in the evening, and the Spanish staff is knowledgeable, cheerful... great little tapas bar in downtown Konstanz - a bit hidden in Schreibergasse but worthwhile visiting. 5 tables outside - be careful, there are mosquitos at dawn!!!! - and cozy casual interior. Reservations are mandatory! We had a fantastic bottle white wine (range 20 - 28 on carte). Tapas for 2 - couldn't eat more - summed up to 46... More

La Bodega is the funnest place to eat in Konstanz. The food is great, and the service is both unique and charming. There's a bit of a wait for service some times, but that's just an opportunity to enjoy the space a bit longer. Be sure to make a reservation.
