The food was excellent and fairly inexpensive, with good sized portions. The only negative was the mosquitoes, even though they do put a spray can on the table for your use.

We were staying in Bodden Town, and decided to try Kurt's Corner one day for lunch. The restaurant is located almost at the top of the transverse road that goes from the south shore to the north shore of the island. Going north, if you reach the gas station, you've gone too far. This is probably more of a locals... More

We drove by several times during our week stay during the evening and looked nice enough but locals that hung out across the road. Later in the week decided to stop by for lunch and food was great. Had a mix of locals and tourist. Appears to be local hang out - so you get good value and great food... More

We go to Kurt's at least once every trip. They are definately "local". The prices are reasonable and the food and service is very nice. Make sure you get good directions because they are kinda hidden behind a bar. It's outdoor but covered seating so prepare with some bug spray. The menu can change from day to day and is... More

Had lunch there today, didn't order, let the chef pick! It was fabulous. Local fresh fish. Must have the seafood stew, possibly the best I've ever eaten. Heard it's buggy there at dinner time, get it to go if you can't make it for lunch

Everyone in the East End recommended Kurt’s, but it was almost impossible to find. If you take the main road (only road) north along the east coast, the road will eventually split. The right will take you to Rum Point, the left will take you back to Georgetown and Bodden Town. Go left. A few hundred yards after turning left... More

This was a new place for us to discover on our trip this year. While there's not much of a view, the food was excellent and so was the price. We visited a couple of times while on the island and had excellent meals for dinner each time. Some have mentioned mosquitoes. We didn't have a problem but then we... More

We were encouraged to try this "local" restaurant by our Inn managers as well as reading reviews on Trip Advisor. I ordered broiled snapper (a local fish) with rice & beans, my husband crab cakes. It was truly not good. The rice and beans were dry and lifeless, the snapper I did not eat. It was FISHY. The crab cakes... More

As viewed from the road, you would never know this is such a wonderful place, with delicious local food on the menu. Very tasty and relatively inexpensive for the Caymans. Since this is outside eating, don't forget the bug spray (they did offer us a bottle to use) or the mosquitos will feast on you!

Food is great, local and homemade. It's not on the beach but is with the time to go there. Wear mosquito spray tho.
