Very friendly staff. Had a lovely lunch. Reservation is advisable as the restaurant is very popular.

We tried to get in one day but they were completely full so we made a reservation for lunch the next day and we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding, they were very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy.

This place is well worth a visit and just gets better and better. It is really busy so it is best to book but if you go to the trouble you will not be disappointed. The staff do not speak much English, but are incredibly polite and attentive considering how busy it becomes. Well done guys, you help to make... More

We've been going to La Luge since it opened and it remains my favourite alpine restaurant. Yes it gets busy and I strongly recommend that you book for lunch especially in a peak week. The best alpine salad Salade Zizi Panpan that now comes in two sizes ;-). Get there in good time if you want to have the plat... More

Have eaten here a few times and your experience is going to very much depend on how busy they are. The food is pretty good and the service is fine...once you get a table. Have more than once turned up and waited too long to even be acknowledged by the owner. After the last experience, we won't be going again.... More

What a fantastic late lunch my mother and I had here - she had beef bourguignon and I had a raclette. Wonderful service on a street great for people watching and relaxing. Food was really good!

I ski in samoens for over a month every winter. La luge a teran is by far the best piste-side restaurant in the grand-massif. Pascal and his team are brilliant. Thoroughly recommended. Booking essential

This lovely wooden chalet between the Dahu and Gouilles skislopes serves delicious local food. Traditional food from Savoie in an authentic style. Try the mushroom fondue (fondue aux cèpes) or the 'plancha' or even the usually tasty dish of the day followed by the 'fondant au chocolat' melting in your mouth. When weather allows, the terrace is of course a... More
