Friends of our have their holiday home near to this restaurant, so when we meet up it is a good place to go. There is a roaring fire, even in summer, as this is where they cook the meat so wear layers. All four of us had the steak with gratin crozets/croziflette, which you must try and I defy you... More

We had the grill platter and it was great, they were very accommodating when we first went as we had not booked, but I would advise booking as they get very busy.

We chose this restaurant because I'd crocked my knee and it was pretty much the closest one to our chalet. The staff were welcoming and gave us a table right by the open fire over which most of the cooking takes place. This gave us a front row on the cooking theatre and an opportunity to see the menu in... More

We had an amazing fondue, with fresh meat, mountains of fresh salad, and a basket of bread for dipping, complete with an egg to make a cheese omelette with the last noggins of cheese. It was well presented extremely quick and attentive service. The profiteroles for afters were the icing on the cake. Tad pricey coming out at 110 euros... More

We ate here one evening, I had the lamb and my husband had the steak. Both were excellent and we were very pleased. Desserts were very tasty too, try the profiteroles! The staff were very friendly, my only complaint would be that there were too few of them for such a busy restaurant.

My wife and I have been in twice, the open fire and friendly staff welcome you into an amazing restaurant. The rib steak with peppercorn sauce is one of the best I have ever had, and they cook the steak on the open fire!

Stopped by on our last night in L2A as we wanted a nice goodbye meal. They were happy to accommodate a group of 10 with 5 minutes notice. Cannot fault the food, service and atmosphere. An amazing find on our last day!
