Great night out

we went there on a recent visit to Deux Alpes and had an amazing evening - the food especially the grill platters were brilliant. I recognise some of the comments about the service however, we just ensured there was always a bottle of red on the table and we were fine. The Raclette was excellent... read more

Got a Tartiflette and a Mousse au chocolat. The tartiflette was fade if not tasteless. Tartiflette is made of two main ingredients: potatoes and Reblochon cheese. If the potatoes are undercooked and the Reblochon tasteless, you end up with the Tartiflette served in this restaurant. A shame considerind it's a typical mountain meal and easy to make. The mousse au... More

We went here as a group of 15 including children - the staff were extremely helpful and we all thoroughly enjoyed our raclettes, grillades, etc. Great ambience and very enjoyable.

The mix of meat with the big bottle red wine saint-emilion was a good combination. Poor service however but then again a very nice decor. Overpriced.

We were staying just meters from this restaurant and saw the reviews on here so decided to try it. After the reviews I was expecting something amazing but found it to be very average. It is very french, which I don't have a problem with, but we had the oil fondue with meat between three of us. When the meat... More

Just returned from les Deux alpes and had a wonderful Christmas Day evening here. Lovely atmosphere amazing open fire where they cook meat and just the perfect ambiance in the heart of the village....can highly recommend the creme brûlée also! Well worth a visit as one of the best places to eat. Enjoy.

Friends of our have their holiday home near to this restaurant, so when we meet up it is a good place to go. There is a roaring fire, even in summer, as this is where they cook the meat so wear layers. All four of us had the steak with gratin crozets/croziflette, which you must try and I defy you... More
