Lovely lunch on the slopes

We had a great lunch here - the tartiflette was delicious and the menu offered lots of options. The service was good & overall not too expensive. A great place to stop! My only one issue was it took forever to get them to change and put new toilet paper in the loos when it had run out!

The title explains everything. The waitress took 10 minutes to give us a table in the middle of everybody while other tables were not reserved. This is not the first time this is done but the last one for us.

Although this place has some of the best food in Alpe D'Huez on the slopes and the owner is a delight and his new Floor Manager a lovely guy, the serving staff practice open discrimination and only allow French people to reserve tables and will openly refuse you a table if you are not French and then give it a... This was our first ski trip and we were beginners so it was great to have somewhere we could ski to relatively easily. We stopped there a couple of times for a drink - and on one occasion something sweet to eat. The Tarte Tatin We ordered came as a very large portion - so big it was difficult to... More

Just below the DMC and off to the right - but not too far, it is easy to miss on your first visit as it is to the right of the piste in a dip. We visited for lunch and the odd 'pit stop' to refresh ourselves.

The onion and vegetable soups were excellent. Friendly staff and great location on the slopes. Will return again.

Great place on the slopes for lunch - good salads and great pizza - but can get slightly chaotic when very busy. However generally reliable and tasty.

Been there for lunch with friends. Pizzas are nice, also the onion soup. This is the typical ski chalet with nice food. Nothing amazing, but not bad also. If you are nearby you can go in, I would not come specially
