All around excellent food and service. The menu is limited (only 2 or 3 choices as I recall) and in French only (hey, you are in France; do U.S.A. restaurants have French menus?), but we had an excellent meal. The only possible downside is that the room is small and if there are some noisy groups it can be quite... More

We had the same experience as another guest from US visiting the restaurant 17/9 - the restaurant needs an english menu! (And salt on the table). And we agree that the service needs to be improved - focus on the guests. I am sure also other guests will appreciate to have water and wine before the dinner is served... But... More

We went for lunch today, our second visit, to this wonderful restaurant where the food is wonderful. The chef Phillipe and his wife Gaelle along with Claire will make you feel very welcome and help in any way they can to make your meal most memorable. A previous review said the menu was only in French, why shouldn't it be!... More

Chose Bistro du'O after reading TA reviews. Very cold atmosphere, service and limited menu, written entirely in French. When we asked for a translation, it was met with a sigh, and when my daughter declared she would skip dinner, (pigeon was not appealing) I asked about a salad. After checking with the chef, (it didn't sound like they were going... More

Just spent a lovely evening at Bistro du'O. We had the 32 euro menu and it was fantastic. One of those times when you don't want the meal to end. Lovely presentation, lovely waitresses, lovely wine. We are lucky enough to live 10 minutes away and this will definately become one of our favourite places to go. Go and try... More

We went here on the basis of trip advisor reviews and were blown away. The friendly service, attention to detail, the setting and ambience is excellent and then the food - which is wonderful. The lower priced menu may only offer 2 choices of each course, but you can't get it wrong really. The owners are a husband and wife,... More

I couldn't remember the name of the restaurant in my review of Le Beffroi. This was a fantastic place to have an incredible meal. If you get the change, experience it!!

The "in" place at the moment among ex pats... It's clean, stylish and friendly enough but the food was boring and expensive. It was also oily and only lukewarm. Each course seemed the same, even the dessert. The portions were minuscule, so much so that we went home for a pizza! If a group of friends want to go I... More

What's not to like about this place? it really gives credibility to TripAdvisor whose comments persuaded us to book here. We were very lucky to get the last table some hours before dinner. Small, beautiful ambience in what looks to be a former wine cellar. don;t be mislead by the low key exterior. The setting inside is understated, decent sized... More
