Good outdoor eating

Excellent service, ambience also very good. Food very good, generous portions. Note that our waitress spoke very little English so brush up on your French!

similar experience to eatlovesleep but without the busy period. The outdoor seating behind the church is brilliant. The service is friendly, casual, professional - a pleasure. The food is very decent, especially for Ciotat which, at least in my experience so far, is not exactly blessed with good restos. We had the poutargue (aka bottarga in Italy) which was much... More

I have visited this restaurant on three occasions in June, so I obviously like it. However, on my last visit it was less than a 4 star restaurant, more about that later. The restaurant overlooks the nicest of La Ciotat squares. Small and intimate, with a slice of the port visible in one quarter and lovely old building surrounding it.... More

The product is amazing, best "sea perch" and charcuterie I have ever had. I real treat and a great ambiance! A place to try in South of France

The food is simple Italian fair, presented beautifully in a small quaint setting by lovely owners, and a couple of really nice young guys, and their French Bull dog 'Gasper" (sp?). They do quality Italian charcuterie and cheeses for take away as well as to have there. The wine selection is superb and well priced.

Followed Tripadvisor to find this little beauty behind the church in La Ciotat! Great service, can recommend the local Provance Rose and all food was great

Friendly small restaurant behind the church. Rather small selection of entrees, but they are very tasty. But I think you'd probably go there as much for the atmosphere as for the food.

We ate twice there in February. The welcome was warm and friendly and the staff charming and helpful. There was a limited choice of dishes - the main courses were duck or fish or three burgers with exotic fillings. There was a good choice of starters, including excellent charcuterie and good soup. The puddings were perfect. There was also a... More
