Just off the harbor front and tucked into a small side street, Le Citadin offers a nice lunch menu at a decent price. One of our party had the mussels, which were tiny, but are tiny everywhere right now. I had the steak frites and was happy. The price was good, I would rate better than average, but below very... We just came back from dinner at Le Citadin - and it was a random choice since it is our first visit to this town. The restaurant is really nice, friendly staff, good food. We chose a 3-course menu for about 20EUR and had a nice starter (Chèvre), moules as a main dish and a good dessert. Would go there... More

We had a menu (fish soup, moules, dessert) and the overall quality was very disappointing. Many empty shells, terrible french fries, a very simple fish soup and a mediocre dessert... This is not the standard I expect. Simply disappointing. Not sure why this place has got relatively good ratings, I would definitely not eat there again.

There is a good value 3 course set dinner available, but having had a generous lunch elsewhere chose from the a la carte menu... More

We were disappointed and refused to eat at the many average assembly-food standard menus in the harbour front restaurants.. Then we found 'Le Citadin', down rue Gueymard, off the front. Gorgeous menu so different from the standard unskilled fare elsewhere. The salad de Gesiers was brilliant for the quality of the ingredients and the freshness of the salad. The Marmite... More
