The Nino in Cassis has more to offer than just excellent food. The host and owner of the Nino, Bruno Brezzo, has during the last few years acquired a few Cassis townhouses and apartments adjacent to the main Nino building and decorated three beautiful and spacious guest rooms/suites. All done in a tasteful setting with application of wood materials in... More

It's a little scary, but we could easily have missed one of our best restaurant experiences ever. We originally sat down at one of the other restaurants along the harbor in Cassis. After being ignored for 15 minutes we gave up and tried Nino. What a difference! We were welcomed graciously and given a table overlooking the harbor walk. Unlike... More

We were with little children and we have been very well served. A bit outdated restaurant in a great location. Food was excellent and the owner was very friendly. Price affordable. A perfect evening on a terrace in front of the harbour

If you look for excellent value for money, professional personnel, charming hosting and a superb view of the Cassis waterfront, there is only one choice: The Nino, run by Bruno Brezzo. All other waterfront restaurants in Cassis, and I have tried them all, are typical French vacation-hot-spot tourist traps: the don’t care about you as a customer, they make poor... More

Nino's is fantastic for many reasons: the food, the service, and the view. I've been to Cassis a few times, and to date, this is far and away the best restaurant. My buddy Nick recommended it -- he's from Manhattan and his girlfriend works in the sustainable food movement -- so when he recommends, I listen. I showed up by... More

This was our first visit to Cassis on the last day of our holiday in Provence. We were staying in Vaucluse and asked a local hotelier where he would recommend in Cassis. Nino's was his choice and it did not disappoint. It was a very busy lunchtime but we got in early and managed to get an amazing table on... More

Visited on 19 March and Nino's was packed. Great atmosphere and food excellent as ever. My scallops were perfectly cooked. The Daurade I had for my main course was similarly cooked to perfection. The cafe gourmand which included a mini-sized selection of all the available puddings was simply scrumptious. The bill for two, including a bottle of Paternel, came to... More

Along with Poissonerie Laurent, Nino has the best fish on the harbor--slightly more expensive and slightly better fish. The meal started with a selection of their own olive oil, infused with different flavors of Provence, with bread. The fish was exceptionally fresh and grilled perfectly and fileted at table with finesse. My husband, who likes potatoes, says they were heavenly--a... More

November is a very quiet month even on the French Riviera and difficult to find a place to eat, so you're afraid if the quality of food and freshness. Nevertheless this place was quite busy. And no wonder, food is good, large choice of fresh fish. And fish you don't find everywhere like rougets de roches. They even explained how... More

Visited with 2 kids. First the kids menu is too small compared to what we have been experiencing in Southern france in the last 6 days . The famous fish soup was not as impressive as ı would expect at 44 Euro's / person. The fish is tasteless and the saffron is too much you do not taste the real... More
