This restaurant was recommended by locals and a number of others, but the food was nothing spectacular for the price. The lobster specialty was very good, but everything else was average.

this restaurant is a hidden gem. From the outside, it looks like a simple bar, but there is a full restaurant in back of the bar that serves wonderful food. We spent three nights in Cassis, and this was the best food of our stay. The menu is very creative and leaps and bounds above some of the restaurants you'll... More

For us, this was the best dinner experience in cassis. We went twice. You get amazingly good food for a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great!!try!!!

Chosen on the basis of other trip advisor reviews. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful providing a good level of service and attentiveness. Our main course of fillet of beef with asparagus was cooked well and served with a delicious meaty sauce, regretfully the rather large plate of mashed potatoes delivered separately, for two to share was neither... We saw the rave reviews on Trip advisor and had to give it a try. We sat in the courtyard that has a very old growing Olive tree in the centre. The food and wine menu was fantastic. I inquired what their signature dishes were and went with those. I had a beef cheek starter that was the best starter... More

Having eaten my way around quite a lot of Cassis, (with varying degrees of satisfaction)I have to say this place takes some beating. I found this charming bistro on my 5th visit to this gorgeous little port and will now make it my first choice on my return. Seldom is it as tempting to sit inside rather than outside watching... Based on the reviews here we made our way to Angelina. We got a table under the olive tree in the inner room. Had a wonderful bottle of wine (so sorry can't remember the name...). The food was really good. We shared a few of the entree and had the sea-bass baked in a salt wrap, made for two people,... More

We had an excellent meal at Angelina's., my husband the fish soup and then loup de mer. Ihad a delectable fillet du boeuf. The service was attentive and prompt. In a town where each restaurant serves fish, we felt their presentation was imaginative and special.

In the summer, the temptation to eat outside runs high. But there is no way to prevent from sitting next to smokers, so if this important to you simply book inside the olive tree room where the glass roof is retracted. The atmosphere is great and the serving staff excellent. The food was very nice and offered great value in... More

You would think all places near the port are for tourists only, I would not disagree. But try the Homard as a starter and then the beef for two and you will for sure be happy. We were at two restaurants at Bestouan, and none was good. Angelina was like a fresh air to our venue at Cassis.
