We came to this restaurant based on the reviews in Tripadvisor and it did not disappoint. The owner and chef spoke very good English and made his recommendation of "beef bun" (Vietnamese salad) which he said what his restaurant was know for. We ordered it and it was very good, lots and lots of beef, very generous portion. It was... More

We ate at this restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews and for a taste change from what we've had all over France. It didn't disappoint! We were taken to the Vietnamese chef who spoke broken English and had the menu explained. We chose the Vietnamese special 'bun' meal, one with shrimp (5 large prawns) and one with beef. Both meals... Chosen through trip advisor reviews we decided to give it a try. Accurate reports say good food, decor a bit average but overall good. We went at 7:00 and were the only customers but it was lively when we walked past a few hours later. Nothing like Chinese!!!

My wife concluded that she wants a vacation to Vietnam next year, the food is that good. They prepared special meals for our children who both ate like wolves. I started out with a beef main course which was extremely savory and good, the salad was crisp and sweet. I then had another main course which was grilled king prawn... More

Based on TA reviews, my husband & I headed to this restaurant. We were the first there at 7 pm & the chef wasn't quite ready. That was fine - we weren't in a hurry. Big plus for us was that he could speak to us & explain the menu in English! The food was a good fix of Vietnamese... More

We arrived here for lunch on our way back from Paris, and were told that they were closing, but the waitress had a word with the kitchen and they said that they would serve us.Although they were closing we were not limited and could choose what we wanted from the menu, and all the dishes were explained by the owner... I had read lots of reviews of Chez Tung, so was very keen to try it out. Chez Tung is on a small side street and quite simple in terms of decor. Mr Tung, the owner and chef, made me feel very welcome on a quiet Tuesday night. I ordered the house speciality, a dish consisting of vermicelli noodles, beef... More
