Lunchtime on a miserable summer day - not many clients so we were served quickly. I ordered the seiches (cuttlefish) at 15.50 euros, and my friend, the parillade de viande (grilled meat) at 18 euros. The staff were friendly and efficient but the dishes were very ordinary and not particularly copious. Two seiches, a few lettuce leaves and a timbale... More

We have a holiday homet in Azet and therefore go regularly to Saint Lary throughout the year, and have been doing so for just over 10 years. Le Gros Minet is one of our locals and we go regularly. Lovely food, always great quality and good atmosphere. Le boudin noir/the black pudding is one of the best (and my favorite)... More

welcoming staff, informal atmosphere, tasty food...... choice sitting downstairs on stools and high tables where you can see your food being cooked or upstairs where its quieter around tables. always a winner when complimentary manzana arrives.

The receptionist said this is where all the locals eat so we tried it. We had a lovely family meal here and my kids (6 and 9) had a delicious and healty kid's meal for 10€. My husband's pork cutlets were divine and I loved the paella. Great service and cozy atmosphere. Ask to eat upstairs.

We had a great night out, the food was amazing and the staff very helpful. They made every effort to make us feel welcome and I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the mussels and the meat...wonderful. Highly recommended and be kind to staff and they will look after you!!
