We enjoyed eating outside on the terrace and appreciated the family run restaurant. Some wonderful food. To start we ordered the plate of cheese - from Sheeps milk, honey & fig jam with a selection of bread. The salad to share was lettuce, fennel & carrot. Also on the menu was antipasto with wild boar cold meat ( a speciality... More

We had an incredibly charming evening on the patio at Bistro Dai Galli. The food was incredible (try the rabbit!) and the service was absolutely charming and lovely. I would highly recommend.

Nice place in the middle of a small Tuscan village.... many of locals on the street... food just OK - was expecting more based on reviews on TA. Chocolate cake was dry and falling apart. Also, the house special chicken was just OK in my opinion.

Dear John J., Thank you for your opinion, really sorry to read that our spicy, juicy, baked and drunken chicken wasn't something special as much as our bitter chocolate cake. Bistro Dai Galli is a 4 hands restaurant, my mother an me; our cuisine is a mix of our family traditional dishes, certainly we are not famous chefs, but our... More

This is a charming little restaurant set in the small hamlet of Ciciano. The food is excellent and the customer service even better. Dominique, the owner, provides a wonderful dining atmosphere but went above and beyond by spending 30 minutes after our meal to help us lay out several one day travel excursions. Her mother, Isabella, is a one person... More

A wonderful service and good, honest, very reasonable food too. Set up in the hills, this restaurant was in a lovely setting and gave a true taste of Tuscan warm hospitality.

Last week we have eaten here twice and the food was great. They serve typical Tuscany food. We would like to eat tagliata, it was not on the menu but the cook made it for us. How kind! And the taste was wonderful! The owners their English is very good. They also have a nice terrace outside. It's like you... More

Very friendly and welcoming owners and the food here is really good too. Can get quite busy as the evening progresses so worth booking if you can.

we found the food a bit bland for our taste, but the people are so cheerful and you can park your car there a huge bonus in the small town.In a great location. Orange salad is very good.

Dear Lady, thank you for the good review of our restaurant, in our menu are present a large range of tastings, from delicate to strong, from very simple to very exclusive without having the prices of a high level restaurant. We try in fact to present always a special dish that could be appreciated from the costumer. See you soon... More

OK this is a relatively simple country bar / restaurant. But while the surroundings are simple the cooking is very good. It is all freshly prepared with care and the staff are very helpful with local knowledge.

We read that this restaurant had a very good rating, but it greatly exceeded our wildest expectations. Nestled in a very small village in the Tuscany hillsides of Italy, Bistro Dai Galli is a treat for the senses. The owner is actively invested in the operation and it is evident from the tasteful decor to the unique and tasty fare.... More
