Excellent, quality, choice and value

We chose from the lunch time menu 15€ for 3 courses all home made. First a free taster (amuse bouche) whilst we decided what to eat. A choice of 4 starters, 4 mains and 4 desserts. The starters included fish soup, goats cheese salad, salad de gesiers and salad catalase. For mains - salmon, beef... read more

This was one of very few restaurants that were open in the port on 2nd January so six of us went there with very little other option, what we experienced was very good and will certainly encourage us to go there again. Steaks were perfectly cooked and my plate of grilled prawns and squid was well cooked and very tasty,... More

Me and my husband ate here in August this year, absolutely the best restaurant in Argeles, although they do need more waiting staff (only 2) which was not enough as the restaurant was full. We had the meal for 39 euros each and there was too much food, we could have paid for one meal and shared it was that... More

Very charming and simple decor - all in white and blue. We sat outside at one of the 2 outdoor tables; very romantic with a lovely view of the marina and the mountains. We both ordered the 24euro menu which offered us just what we were looking for: fish. We had "loup" which was baked, stuffed with fennel. Fish were... More

Another great meal, this time we reserved ahead, and glad we had, as the restaurant was fully booked at Xmas. The outside dining area has been upgraded, with more substantial winter cover and better heating. As we booked early, we had a window table, and just outside was perfect area to leave our bikes/dogs whilst we ate. We had the... More

Ate a great meal here a couple of weeks ago on the Menu du Pecheur. The bouquet de crevettes starter was outstanding (as was the soupe de poisson). For mains, my friend's Meli Melo was top notch - my bouillabaisse was very good but would merit from a bit more finesse. The langoustines tasted far too well done which was... More

Ate at this restaurant last night - hadn't booked but got a table by the window with views out to the marina. The food here is amazing, all freshly cooked and served by efficient, polite waiting staff. We were not hurried and there was no question of the restaurant wanting the table for a second sitting. 29 & 38€ menus... More

The Port can be notoriously overpriced but a very extensive set menu provided us with excellent choices all for 29 or 38 Euros.

Visited with hubby. Wanted to try scallops. had the 38euro menu. What can I say it was fantastic and we were very full at the end. Lobster for starter was wonderful. I had scallops and monkfish as main and hubby had the beef. Both lovely, and delicious.cheese course and pud! Make sure you go to this resturant. It is superb!

We visited the Marine Bleu with a l'Universite de Tiers Temps yesterday (all French except us); 55 of us in the group. The food was fabulous; one of the best we have eaten in our monthly outings around the area. Very tasty, with excellent presentation and a good amount of food. Served rapidly so that the food was hot. Made... More
