This is one of the few restaurants on the port that is open all year. We usually chose to eat at the port rather than in the places along the sea front as the quality of food is much better and the views are fantastic. This place is one of the best. Friendly, helpful hosts and a good fish menu.... More

There were an abundance of restaurants to choose from in is port and all serving a good selection of fish as you would expect from a port side restaurant. We settled on this one. Right on the port frontage it has a good position overlooking the marina. The food was good value for money and the prawn starter was excellent.... More

On the surface, this place offers value for money. The food was good, service was ok. 3 course cuisine for 13.5€ a head which includes 1/4 carafe of house wine, we got better quality food than you might expect, small portions, but overall worth a visit.

Value for money menu du jour, 13€50 for a 3 course meal including house wine. There are 3 starters and 3 mains to choose from and several choices for dessert. Typical catalan cuisine, their fish soup and chicken in a catalan sauce are both recommended. Portion sizes are small always leave feeling I could eat a little more.

I visited La Mariscada with my wife and another couple and found the food to be excellent. The restaurant has views of the port, the interior is modern and comfortable and the service was friendly and efficient . I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting good food and a pleasant evening at the port.

This restaurant had the best tasting dishes in the Argeles area and the fixed price menu's offer very good value. It was the small incidentals that I thought were overpriced such as bottle of water around 3.20€ (had two), pricey enough wines and deserts 7.50€ for those not choosing the fixed menu. However maybe we choose expensive deserts. Service was... More

Even out of season there was quite a choice of restaurants around the port in Argeles, but we definitely picked the right one. We sat outside watching the sun go down over the lovely setting of the yacht basin, with the foothills of the Pyrenees as a back drop. The fish soup was good, followed by cod grilled with aoli... I am a regular visitor to Argeles sur Mer and enjoy eating out. I tried the Mariscada for the first time last week and was very impressed with quality of meal and service. Ordered fish soup for starters and medaillons of monfish for mains. Both exceptionally tasty. Was so happy with meal that I went again the following evening and... More

We regularly visit the Port and have found the Mariscada to be the best value restaurant for lunch and evening dining. Three course lunch menu, fresh ingredients, well cooked and presented, with a ¼ bottle of wine for 12 Euros 50. A family run business with very good and friendly service.
