I would guess that there are not too many restuarants for tourists here. The wines were poor..beers limited.the salads we had were not too bad, but the hamburgers were overpriced and tasteless. They probably need more competition!

This was an easy walk from hotel next to stade de France. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is great. The food was very good. There's not much to do/eat in this area of town but if this place were in the heart of Paris with many other restaurants next door, I'd still go back.

Like the previous reviewer we were in the area for the France/England rugby game and decided to visit the Basilica - had a quick heart starter before the church visit and decided the restaurant looked good so booked a table for 5. We had not read the reviews so it was an off-chance deal. The place was full, but the... More

WE decided to visit the Basilica of St Denis before the England v France rugby at Stade de France. An excellent decision. The Basilica is well worth the visit - so many Kings and Queens of France. The square in front of the cathedral is being renovated and will be great when finished. It was cold so we had hot... More

A group of 20 went to Le Mets du Roy for a meal before we attended a rugby game at Stade de France. The service was good and they went the extra mile to ensure we were able to get to the rugby on time. The food was very tasty. The aromours were still resinating in my mouth a couple... More

Sitting outdoor with the warm sun caressing our faces, we faced the Basilica apres our visit there. This eatery is immersed with Frenchies, style and elegant decor. We found the menu rich and varied, making the task of choosing relatively easy. Starting with the Charolars filet and Ris de Veau with a sauce of white burgundy, was superb. A couple of glasses of... My 2 friends and I enjoyed this place so much. Food was out-of-this-world wonderful, service was great, weather was fantastic and we sat outside, facing the St Denis basilica, enjoying the view after visiting the site, surrounded by French people enjoying their meal as much as we did. This made for a perfect day. If back in Paris, this restaurant... More

Beautiful setting for this stylish restaurant which has an elegantly simple decor but a wonderfully rich and varied menu. From our aperitif through the entrees to the cheese plate, everything was fresh, delicious and cooked to perfection. The Charolais filet was the best I had tasted and the ris de veau with a sauce of white Burgundy was better than... More
