We've been there twice for evening buffet that is excellent, Period! This hotel is the most classy hotel in the airport zone. Surrounding the airport there are a lot of companies that have costumers and clients checking in at this hotel. Also some crews of airlines are often there, as it is again very close to airport. However the restaurant... More

This was to be our final dinner on our Europe trip. The wife wanted something light...maybe just soup....me? I didn't care. So downstairs to the Apollo we went. The waitress seated us promptly and was very friendly throughout the meal. Long story short, the soup they offered the wife didn't particularly want so we decided on doing the buffet. We... More

We returned to the Hyatt Regency at the Charles de Gaulle airport exactly one week after our first stay. It was pouring rain so we decided not to go to the nearby restaurant suggested by the Concierge at the Hyatt Regency CDG. Inside, we opted for the Hyatt’s Apollo Restaurant. A BIG mistake. Sunday night at the Apollo offers a... More

Not cheap but good food and efficient service. Ideally locate for business lunches on the Roissy platform, it is definitely a good address. They have some special days like Thursdays for patisseries and Fridays for seafood, not to be missed. A good wines list with a decent selection by the glass. Go there, it is worth the try!

I went here because restaurant lines at Ibis Hotel, where I was staying, were too long. Decent menu, with specials. Service left a little to be desired, but was not a major problem. Food and ambiance both were good.

Sadly if you are staying the night there is little choice but to use the restaurant. It is pricey and the food very average. Service is also take it or leave it.

A very good food with buffet is available here. Dinner cost is about 30 euro, but you can eat limitless.

It's mind blowing that a Hyatt Hotel actually maintains such a poor quality restaurant on the premises. Nothing tastes good here. It looks OK, but the taste is pale, stale and watery.

The Restaurant Apollo at the Hyatt is in a very nice setting at the Hyatt. We ate here based on TripAdvisor reviews. We, however, found it to be a bit expensive and over priced compared to the many great places we ate in France. For example, a buffet (Asian the night we were there) was 46 euros! For a buffet?... great food freshly made by chefs who are properly trained. You can watch them cook your meal if you want to. Light airy surrounds, good wine and attentive service.
