From the Latin quarter to Neuilly is about a thirty five minute metro trip, but every minute is worth it for dinner at Ashiana, an Indian restaurant which has been serving gourmet Indian food since 1986. I've been from one end of India to another several times and dip in and out of the many Indian restaurants in Paris, but... More

I am an Indian and went to this restaurant with some skepticism since I expected some random food being passed off as Indian dishes. But I was in for a pleasant surprise, since the food was very authentic and tasted very good. The service was good as well. The interiors felt a bit dark I think. The prices seem to... More

The restaurant has nice decor and a pleasant feel. The menu had decent decent variety/options for vegetarian Indian dishes. The food was good but the pricing was on the higher side. Considering its a fine dining restaurant, the staff was an area of improvement (the prime reason why I only ate there once).

After a week of ducks, lambs, breads and other french ****, I finally made an effort to go to an Indian retaurant. The food isnt that great but yes its Indian. Go there if you must but its not authentic by decent standards!! The staff also seemed too pushy!!

The ambience of this restaurant is grand and it feels good to be seated in this restaurant. However, the food is average (too much oil) and quite expensive. Also, the service is just average Recommended only when you have time and do not mind paying extra for Indian food.

Although the food has been tamed for the local palate, it is still close enough and offers good variety. If you want something packing a good punch,go with the Punjabi preparations, either chicken or prawns. The breads are good and the service is quite good. Pretty quick for lunch and local standards. The Mango lassi is a bit light but... More

We dined here last night with a group of 8 and both the service and the food were very good. I told the waiter I wanted something heavy on coriander and medium on spice. He suggested the Balti Gosht. Tender lamb in a tomato sauce with spices and lots of coriander. It was delicious, and exactly what I was looking... More

I was very disappointed. The food is almost tasteless and very pricey. So disappointing and very expensive for what I ate. There are far better Indian restaurants in Paris, Try Passage Brady ones, wall to wall indian restaurants and you will eat authentic Indian dishes for half the price.

One of the best restaurant in Paris. The taste of the food is very near to the food that we have in India. Overall, I would say a must visit. Little expensive, but worth-it. I dont regret any of my orders placed for taste or quality. The atmosphere is amazing and good for private dinners, or business lunches

We have eaten here several times and learnt that you need to ask them to spice up the curries. The Lamb Sagt is very nice and the meat somosa is good as is the chicken tikka, but all dishes require extra spice as they can be a bit bland othwise as we have learnt from experience. The ambience is good... More
